I waited for my vehicle to be serviced (my mistake) and sat in the waiting area. The television was too loud and the programming was disruptive - no one was watching it. Replace the TV with background music??

I was able to get an appointment within an acceptable timeframe. Upon arrival I was greeted and my car was taken in immediately. The wait time was reasonable. Staff was polite. Waiting room was clean. The reason for my visit was taken care of. So all and all a pretty goood experience.

I have been using them for years - they are honest, do great job, dependable. One short anecdote. A number of years ago I took one of my cars to a dealer for inspection. They told me I needed a muffler, so rather than buy it from the dealer I went to Midas. They took look and said the muffler was fine. I went back the dealer and gave them a piece of my mind! That was years ago. Midas could have taken advantage of me but didn't, I have taken my two cars to them for everything ever since.
I was able to get insight about what was wrong with a vehicle that I had just bought from a dealership and was able to get the dealership to pay for my costs instead of myself

I've been going to Midas for years. Mostly I've been happy with the service. I recently went in with my car for an inspection. The inspection was short and sweet. I was happy. Until two days later I opened up my engine to find the plastic cover over the engine was completely off. So they didn't replace it after inspecting
