I scheduled my appointment online and received a phone call within a few minutes from Dave confirming a time. I ended up dropping it off in the morning and able to go on with my day. Dave was great with communicating keeping me in the loop of what was going on. They were nice to deal with no pressure or up selling and also didn’t feel like a burden like some shops make you feel. My service was fine the only issue was the tires weren’t there when I arrived for my appt. The manager said they were on delivery truck and would be there at some point that day. I just wish he said something when I made the appt that the tires not be there when I dropped off the truck. He asked what time I wanted but didn’t mention the tires might not be there yet. If I hadn’t been able to get someone to pick me up I would have had to wait there all day. Scheduled appt was noon. The truck was done at nearly closing time. Other than that I have zero complaints.

I googled midas oil change deals it showed 49.99 full synthetic oil when I brought the car in 2015 Toyota Corolla I showed the associate the snap shot of the 49.99 he said with out a bar code there is nothing he could do and that midas sends coupons with a bar code this was the second time I brought this car in for oil change I told him I never get offers vea in mail or text I'm very satisfied with the Woonsocket RI midas and the staff the cost of oil change & cabin filter for 4cly car was $112 that price is ridiculous I also have a 2008 nissan titan that takes 6.5 quarts of synthetic oil and it cost $77 else ware for oil and filter change

I brought my car to Midas to have a wheel alignment in an oil change know I knew of the things that were already changed on my car as far as the wheel alignments go it might have insisted that they needed to be replaced once again he gave me a bill an estimated bill for $1,800 I brought the car to my mechanic and he checked everything that was on the list that might is gave me and only found one control arm and ball joint that needed to be replaced
David Frank and team were extremely friendly and professional. I was in and out of the garage in les then 90 minutes and the repair cost was astonishing! The dealer wanted $2,100.00 to repair my car's flex pipes; Midas did it for $355.00. They gained a customer for life and I will never go to the dealer again for anything, including buying a car.This establishment is run in an honest manner and it is greatly appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about this Midas location!

Oil change caving and air filter/ quote for front coil spring replacement- the driver side recently broke and was replaced by dealer under warranty- to me they should have replaced both- soon the warranty will be over. And I will go to Midas and not the dealer.
