Rick was a great manager, helping me figure out what needed to be diagnosed, diagnosing it quickly, fixing it quickly, and keeping me appraised of progress and pricing. He didn't push a tire repurchase on me which he well could have. Very good experience.

Midas (and only Midas) services my Company truck. Last visit in October, the lug nuts on all four wheels were damaged--stripped off the chrome caps on the wheel lugs, some were missing and not replaced. Midas tech did not make note that he destroyed them. I noticed this a few days after the visit, but did not contact Midas b/c I had the truck 3 day, so burden of proof is on me.This visit, I was informed that my lug nuts were swollen & the tire rotation could not be completed. I informed Tim that it was result of the last time that I brought my truck in for service, but that neither their Tech or anyone informed me, or bothered to identify the problem & correct it. But now, this visist, they identify the problem, but now I should pay to have their mistake fixed on my vehicle. It's obvious the Tech used the wrong size socket on the lugs, thus stripping & destroying them --not once, but 24 times.I believe Midas should admit fault & do the right thing, repair their mistake, which they did not. Just a bunch of looking at my last visit & a bunch of mumbling. Of course there were no Tech notes; why would he admit to destroying them? Very dissatisfied with the handling of this.

I had a scheduled flight out of Charleston at 4pm and discovered a nail in my tire at 12:30pm as I prepared to leave. I brought my car in and the staff let me know that because of the backlog of work, I would likely be 90+ minutes. After a couple of minutes, they took pity on me, brought my car right in and had me out the door in 15 minutes. I was able to get to Charleston to catch my flight and spend the Easter holiday with my family who I had not seen since Christmas. You guys were amazing and I am grateful to you.

When you have screws in your tire fix them all not just one. And no neither screw was no where near the side wall of the tire. That was the most insane reason for not patching my tire, that they can only put one patch on a tire!

Was one of the only places that was able to get my car in ASAP after getting a puncture in a tire. By the time I got to the location they were pulling up with the tires from the warehouse. Got my car in almost immediately and was done in a few hours.

Rick is extremely helpful each time I call. We have multiple company trucks and he always sets up an appointment for us and returns the vehicle in a timely manner. He is professional and gives us recommendations when items needs replacement.
They checked the filters but never replaced the cover right,, my car was making a lot of noise an I didn't know what was wrong until we opened the hood an saw that the cover for the air filter was not connected right,,we put it back on the right way. We also noticed that the filter now is torn because it wasn't replaced right.

I have used Midas many times in the past for oil change services. This is my first time that I am charged $22.00 for labor on an oil change service. I brought $29.00 Groupon for oil change service and had used many times at different Midas locations with having to pay labor fee. Needless to say, I will be taking any of my vehicles to this location in the future .
Dropped my vehicle off at 2:30 on Tuesday for brakes and an oil change. The guy at the desk said it would be done by the end of the day, so I left it there. After not hearing anything I called at 5:30 and was told I needed to leave it overnight and it would be handled first thing in the morning. The next day I had not received any word by 3:30 so I called and was told it had not been pulled In yet but it was next in line. Yet again no word till I called at 5:30 and was told again that no work has been started and it would be another day. I informed them that I would just pick up the vehicle. Will not be visiting this establishment again.
To be accurate and fast I made an appointment for and oil change got there on time and still waited two and a half hours for a oil change I was told my tires were being rotated in the process which was a lie they were never touched overall horrible will never return
I was on my way out of town and noticed that my tire pressure light was on so I stopped at Midas on Gervais where I asked if they could check my front left tire which they did and informed that it had picked up a nail . I asked if they could remove it and they said yes but not until later in afternoon because they only had 2 technicians. I asked if they could call Millwood which did but couldn’t help me until late that afternoon . I called 4 other places and called Millwood and asked about anyone else and they said Cayce Midas which they called for me . I went to Cayce Midas they met me at my car said they could have it finished before any ice could melt in the cooler . They were WONDERFUL!! Had me out and on the highway in 45 minutes .. 5 star service .. I will refer others to them . They explained everything ,were reassuring about the safety of the tire going out of town - which says a lot to two 68 year old women driving 3 hours away in 97 degree heat ! Well done gentlemen and thank you so much

Purchased set of tires from Midas two months ago (includes road hazard); on Saturday @ 3:00pm found TPMS showing RR tire @ 18psi. Turns out it was the LR tire (TPMS's not programmed correctly) that had a nail or screw puncture. I pulled in with no appointment @ 3:00Pm; Midas closes @ 5:00pm and had customers waiting. I left my vehicle with Jack, walked home, and he called in a hour to state my truck was ready. Jack jumped right on getting the obstruction removed & the TPMS's reprogrammed to show the correct wheels. I appreciate his working with our company vehicle to put me back on the road with such quickness.

Customer service needs to provide all the options for tires and oil change. They only provide the highest price pretending to be the cheapest. They wanted to change 4 tires for over 1,000. Ridiculous expensive and not providing the options and type of service. I left not getting the tires and oil change

I've used this Midas before a couple of times. I have usually used a privately owned car repair shop for over 20 years but they have become so busy since the pandemic that i knew I wouldn't get my urgent repairs done quickly enough. I thought of this particular Midas and was fit in the next day. I am soooo glad I did! Quality work, friendly staff and i had to have a LOT of work done and it was finished the same day. I will continue to return to this particular Midas from now on. AND I was able to pay 3 months with no interest which was necessary! Thank you, Midas!

I went in for an alignment but the service technician explained that my truck was perfectly aligned already therefore there’s no charge. Repair shops have a bad reputation for trying to cheat people and I’m very glad this is one of the good ones. I will continue to use this facility and to tell everyone I know.

Don’t break my car. Nothing was wrong with my car and I get a tune up and my car is pulling it won’t go pass a certain mph. My car wasn’t broke it wasn’t doing any of this. I never had issues with my truck I just wanted a tune up

Staff was friendly and the service seems to have been performed competently. However, there were a few small annoyances that detracted from my overall satisfaction. Despite having an appointment, a basic oil change still took over an hour and a half. I visited Midas because of a deal offered through Groupon. At checkout I was told that the Groupon did not cover everything, and I still had to pay shop fees, which should have just been added into the price of the Groupon to begin with, rather than requiring another transaction. They did not remove the old windshield sticker from previous oil change, but just put the Midas sticker next to it.
The customer service was great and I used their loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired.

More knowledgeable mechanics. I’ve been waiting 3 months for them to fix the brakes. Paid $2400 and Midas said it was ready and was test driven, which had to be a lie because it didn’t make it 5 miles from shop and brakes were locked up and smoking. Had to have a wrecker bring car back in.

I was not told that I needed new tires until they were ordered and put on the vehicle. I went from having Michelin tires to Uniroyal tires which I do not like at all. I prefer Michelin tires and was not given a choice in the decision. Leased vehicle or not, I'm the one that needs to feel safe while driving it.
Showed up at 5:00pm with a big screw in my right rear tire. I did not schedule an appointment, but the staff went out of their way to accomodate my predicament. They had to pull the tire off the wheel to patch from the inside to assure a perfect repair. The work was completed in 30 minutes & had me on my way!
The associate was very friendly, he explained to me on my level what they saw and what I needed to do. He did not try to pressure me into anything, just made me aware of what was needed. I appreciated that.

I went in for a alignment and some work done, I went to one Midas got the tie rods done and their alignment machine was broken, so I went to another Midas and got the alignment done but my car is still pulling to the right 🤷🏻♀️
The service agent was apathetic to my concerns. I paid more for less service and products than I paid a few months ago. Also researched your parts pricing and Midas charges more than twice the retail pricing available and local parts stores. Shame on you guys! But I'm pretty certain that your company doesn't care, no one will take this communication seriously which is why I'll never return and will spend the next few days posting my experience on the various social media platforms.

We encountered a flat tire in a rental car. After spending the night in a hotel, I went to the Midas in Cayce SC and Robbie was incredibly responsive and helpful. We experienced a tire puncture with an 4 inch bolt. The associate went out of his way to get us, our family of seven, going again. We would have been stranded if not for his help.
This was my first time at this location or using Midas- the service techs were helpful, love the text they sent while I was waiting showing the overall health of my vehicle and pictures of items that were in need of replacing(in my case air and cabin filters). Overall I was very pleased with staff and service given!!

I asked only for oil change and tire rotation, no tire rotation,didn’t ask for anyone checking lights and leaving them on, clock settings changed or going in my car for any reason other than driving it in the bay and exiting the bay. Not touching headlights and leaving them on. One hour plus oil change is unacceptable and doing anything I didn’t ask for. I specified exactly what I wanted done and nothing else.

The young man Jack who answered my phone call and who helped me the entire time my car was there was above and beyond any customer service I've ever had. He took my car in immediately and have me a courtesy car to use while mine was being worked on which was more than I had expected. When it started getting late he called and told me to keep the loaner car overnight because they wanted to spend more time on my car.It originally went in for a starter issue but felt there might be something else going on to. So they didn't want to just replace the starter if that wasn't going to solve my problem.The next morning Jack called me at 8:40 am and told me my car was ready to be picked up. The only thing they could find wrong with it was a bolt on the starter had come loose. I was obviously overjoyed at such good news but even happier that they were all so honest. This is a very rare thing to find these days when it comes to mechanics or mostly any other profession.What this did was to make me a loyal customer to this Midas from here on our. Went in with no appointment for a tire issue. They said they could squeeze me in even with being short staffed. They checked my tire issue and resolved it plus balanced both my front tires for free. I did have the road hazard warranties on the tires but did not expect to not be charged for the service. I only waited about an hr or so and was back on the road. Will always come back to this location, great customer appreciation and knowledgeable staff.

I took my Kia Optima to Lexington SC store for the same issue on my wife’s Kia Soul. I paid less than $300 for the ignition coil and spark plugs. This store charged me $557.00 with a $100 discount. Jake was nice, but I feel taken advantage of.

I purchased a groupon for an oil change for $19 and went to get oil changed and was charged another $27, stating that an oil change is $55 and the groupon is a $39 credit. The groupon stated it was for an oil change, not a credit. $55-$39 should not equal another $27.

First time i had an appointment scheduled. I dropped off the car and an hour later it had not been touched even though I had an appointment. When I returned at a later date (no appt) for oil change and tire rotation the service took nearly 6 hours to complete. I know an oil change takes an hour or less.

The oil change services was fast. I was there a total of 30 min. There were a few cars ahead of me. The staff were friendly and explained the process well. The waiting area was clean and cool with comfortable seating. The salesman gave me quotes on four tires and the prices seemed reasonable. I am happy with my experience. They did leave the old oil change sticker in the widow and the floor mat protector was still in place. I will go back here when I am in the area again.

Jack Knox in the office and the technician Cecil Phillips were both great. I thought that our car needed a new muffler, yet they diagnosed the issue as just a worn out gasket. They also identified a couple of other issues with the car that they recommended we deal with ASAP, and they had everything fixed in time for me to make our dinner reservations. Everything was fixed under my anticipated budget, and the car now sounds like new again. We'll definitely return to the Knox Midas in Cayce the next time our car needs servicing.

I didn’t have an appointment so I came in when store opened and needed my service vehicle fixed to be able to work. I just finished working a 12 hour night shift when I came in. I've taken my vehicle to the Misas on Knox Abbott in Cayce for years and have always felt valued.
I got all 4 tires replaced and an alignment done. I was in and out in about an hour, everyone was friendly, they even took me into the shop to see the graphic display of the alignment check before they did it. The bill was $727 for the whole thing, which sucks but whatever, I get it. The only thing was I had to ask about financing, otherwise they prompted me for the full payment. I saw the poster for financing in the waiting area, which is why I asked. They had the tires I needed in stock, and they look great. My car handles noticeably better after my visit, gives me a lot of peace of mind. Everyone involved needs a significant pay raise and double the paid time off they already receive.

Not told up front the price
1987 Porsche 944S. 1) They told me they don’t have an aluminum welder to do the job. 2) the car is leaking gas - untrue. 3) the car boiled over - untrue. 4) the car didn’t start - manual transmission- must press clutch to start. 5) they can’t find a muffler to install. 6) didn’t even try to find a muffler for it. 7) the muffler that I had or ought in was not proper, they said. Im just totally disappointed.

Overall ok but we were charged $90 for a overall check when on the Midas website says its complimentary with a service . Also was getting charged almost 1100 to fix my car when I went somewhere else afterwards and got it fixed for 400.
