I was satisfied because when I first came, I had someone to tell me when I was able to get an appointment. And then when I came back for my appointment, I had someone to explain about how long it would be before someone could get to my car. And most of all it didn’t take that long.
They were efficient, staff was friendly! They made recommendations for service but were not pushy and I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed. I left feeling well informed about my car!

I took my car to this den of thrives and was charged wayyyyyy too much for requested work. These punks also told me I needed two major parts which, after taking to an actual competent mechanic, was told those things were not needed AND that I was waaaay overcharged for the subpar work "done." Upon arrival she was very friendly and checked me in, and since I was having something installed on my car I was soon being given the quote and told how long it would take. Within about 45min I was out of there and happy with the experience.
Price is reasonable, personels welcome me like a family considering my ethnicity. They are patient in explaining to me qoutations and are open if I do some changes. My car was telling me the tire pressure was down in two tires. I stopped by, told them the problem. They raised the car to check all the tires. No nail, but check the pressure in all tires. It took about 15 minutes.

Midas on Millwood has always been good to me. I've gone there twice now to drop off my truck on the drop of a dime to get a tire replaced due to flats I've received while riding in town. They have always accommodated me even without an appointment. I can't recommend this place enough!

It was an emergency repair to get me back home to Ohio. I was pulling a haul trailer the guys took time to carefully disconnect the trailer and put my crv in the shop. Due to a parts issue they did an emergency repair to get me back on the road. They helped re attach my trailer when complete. I have arrived safely home an appreciate the teams efforts to get me back home !

I went in to get an estimate on brake work. The workers were all wonderful except for 1 who was very rude. The estimate was too high . I chose to have my brake work done at another location because of the 1 ride worker and the high price. They did an estimate which I paid in full but I chose another company to actually do the brake work.
Associates were personable and detailed. The additional services that I will need in the future were explained in detail and that is helpful in budgeting.

I dropped my truck off for brakes and the quote for repairs included flushing/replacing brake fluid. My truck is 3 years old and does not need new brake fluid. Also my vehicle did not need new calipers or the brakes being bled. I decided to pick my vehicle up and not have Midas do the $1700 dollar repair. I purchased $75 dollar brake pads on my way home and replaced them myself in 30 minutes. The calipers had no damaged that Midas recommended replacing. Again I have never heard of "flushing" brake fluid and I have worked as a mechanic before. Terms like that probably turn a lot of customers away that may have some mechanical knowledge. My truck is only a few years old and has 80,000 miles so new brake fluid or replacing the brake calipers would be out of the ordinary.

Midas was able to diagnose the problem of a leaking tailpipe and fumes in my car, made the necessary repair, and returned my car promptly.
I didn't realize my armrest/console was covered in oil until I had arrived at my next destination. This isn't typical of this location to be this way and I've had my vehicle serviced there for years. I'm not sure if the person was rushing or what but attentiveness to detail is important.
Even though this was not a scheduled visit, they squeezed me in and serviced my vehicle as quick as possible.
Midas was able to schedule my service in a timely manner, the front desk staff member was very friendly and transparent with pricing, and the technicians were able to successfully make the necessary repairs that same day.

When I walked in that morning, I said good morning, Jessie said it back and the supervisor did not open his mouth. He is a nasty person. I always come there to get my vehicles service there and it never us to be that way. Midas need to mover that supervisor to a different location. I think his name is Robert. Friendly is not his name. Supervisor should not tell Jessie the lady that always work the front, to tell me 10:00am-12:00pm is not a good time, after she told me it was. He made her change it to 1:00pm, I call Jessie back and let her know that I will not make that appointment.
The technician drained my front end differential instead of my oil then overfill my oil by 7 quarts and sent me on my way. My car immediately started smoking, making loud noises, and shaking violently. I turned around and brought it back. They took it back in and then told me what happened. I had to get it towed to the mercedes dealership from them to assess the damage and am currently waiting to see if my car is dead for good or can be repaired. My insurance company is giving me a rental car and will be in contact with midas about cost recoupment once we figure out what the damage is.
Was running late for an appointment and they took me in right away and got me out as fast as possible so i could get to my appointment.
I didn't have to wait for service because I was able to use a courtesy car which was so helpful that I could continue to work during my day.
Recommend not adding hidden fees (“warranty” and “shop fees”) to the original quote, making the price well over what competitors are charging for 4 tires versus 3 tires at your location (buy 3 get 1 free “sale”)
Fix my car instead of breaking it more during a repair. I am never using Midas again. This was the last chance for redemption. The service sucks my car was returned to me worse than it was before they worked on it. I'm pretty sure the mechanic broke my speed sensor on the one wheel that had work done to it. That's ok he probably broke it on accident but I ended up paying for a new one. I think I deserve a substantial amount of money I paid for a bad repair job.

Servicing my truck with Midas was easy, I called the day before to confirm they could do the work. Dropped my vehicle off the next day and it was ready the following morning.
I needed to go out of town suddenly but wanted my car serviced before getting on the road. I called Saturday morning and was able to get a 11:00 appointment. It took about 45 minutes for them to service my vehicle. Service that fast and at an affordable price, wow. The person at the desk and set up the appointment was very friendly. Very pleased.

One of the technicians that was working on my car did not check his surroundings before he backed my car out out the shop. He then continued to back over the oil canister got oil on my freshly ceramic coated car. When I brought it to the technicians attention inside they immediately responded, they had him pull the car back into the bay to clean off the oil and he almost ran my car into a tire rack! I’m watching all of this happen, as the other technicians are yelling at him to stop! At that point I’m furious at what I just watched! So I ran out into the shop and told the other technicians to get the one technician that almost wrecked my out of my car now! They did exactly that, and took off my oil change off my bill but I still had to clean up after and careless technician who not only did what I explained above, but also got oil and grease everywhere on the car I just detailed for 8 hours the day before. I have never had an issue with that location until that day! And after everything was done the technician stood in the back on his phone not a care in the world. Very displeased.
Upon returning home from Midas, I noticed greasy hand prints on the passenger door handle, door, and rear hatch. The techs need to be more aware of their cleanliness and wiping up after themselves.

I was so satisfied with this Midas location that I completed a Google review even before the vehicle repairs were completed. After the vehicle repairs were completed, I amended the Google review with more positive comments. This location should be a model, not only for Midas, but many other businesses!
The employee opened a Midas credit card for me without my knowledge or consent. I did not sign anything saying I wanted one. It resulted in a hard pull on my credit and my credit went down as a result.

I've been using this Midas location for several years and I've always received great service and clear communication from the staff. I've never had an issue getting an appointment or my car being ready when they said it would be. More importantly I've never had a problem with the work done.
I was there for an estimate to alter the exhaust system on a pickup that I was considering purchasing. Richard looked at it immediately,and gave me a print out of his proposal and price. All of which was for naught since I decided for reasons unrelated to Midas, not to go forward with the purchase.
Patrick is THE BEST!!!! He was so communicative and made sure I knew what was going on with my car and when it would be ready. He was also just incredibly nice. Give the man a raise!

The professional matter in which they took care of me and my vehicle. The only thing I didn't like were I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours so I had my spouse to pick me up and she had to take off for work, by that time Midas were done with my vehicle I could have waited at the shop and let the spouse stayed at work.

I took my vehicle to Midas for a standard oil change and to replace a few tires that had nails in them. Shortly after my car overheated and had to be towed to the dealership - they informed me that whoever did my oil change didn?t ***** the engine oil cap
They overcharge for the work they do. They don't complete the job properly. They are very unprofessional and can not accurately breakdown charges shown on invoice. They also start work before they give an estimate on what they work will cost
We had already had them fix the radiator reservoir for $400+. Then they said the radiator is leaking. Paid them over $400 to fix that. The next morning we check the car and it has no water. We take it back to Midas and they said the brand new radiator we bought had a hole in it. Now we out of over $400 (really $800) because the car is not fixed. And they won't do anything to help, just hand out their hands for money.
