Technical with dash lights. Still too dim. Had replacement bulbs but they were not used. Took exceptionally long time to complete.
They messed up under my hood with white paint all over the engine the last time I had my tires rotated they didn't put the hubcaps on correctly and one came off as I was driving home. Workers are very careless.

I was charged for a service that I definitely did not need! I discovered this today t by just happening to look at a recent receipt where same service had been performed.Phil at Midas told me he could not give me a refund, only a credit which he would put in writing and send to me via email. I have yet to receive it. He said if I did not get the email, he would write it down and sign it. I would prefer to get the refund which I am clearly due. if this matter is not properly resolved, I will be force to pursue the matter further and I will regretfully no longer be a Midas customer and advise others of the same. PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING!!!

This was my second oil change at this location. On the first oil change an oversized gasket was fitted to my drain plug causing an issue. The team resolved it quickly and very easily explained what happened.

i brought in my vehicle. I was told I need a power steering sensor and flush. One week later, the problem occurred with the steering wheel. I just happened to be near the Midas on bush river and took it there. They call and verified the work. They found out that the problem was not fixed and suggested I take it back to harbison and have it redone. They also suggested that I take it to the dealership because of something showing up on the print out. The dealership said that the steering pump should have been replaced and not the sensor which was why the problem was still occurring. I paid $750 to Midas and had to pay $1000 to Nissan because i got the pumped and had another flush done. This is totally unacceptable.
They took care of me explained everything that I needed and when I got my vehicle back it's running just like I bought it. They were really friendly and amazing. Definitely coming back

My experience was great as usual. I took my vehicle in to get my yearly Uber inspection, and the service technician did not record my mileage on my inspection form, but the issue was taken care of immediately. And I do intend on returning next year.
They said that they had a reduced price coupon for the oil change, but it was 20% higher than what I normally pay elsewhere without a coupon. I will avoid them in the future. The Chevy dealer charges less for the same service.
