Overall, I was highly satisfied with my visit. Brian in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me he could complete my exhaust install that day. The mechanic that worked on my car came out and spoke who came out to speak with me was very friendly. He even offered to give me back my old muffler so I the people working here are great. My only downside to the visit was the condition of my vehicle interior when I got my car back. There was mud smeared on the plastic door casing and even on the driver side carpet. I take great care in keeping my car clean so I that was a bit disappointing. But seriously, this place is 9 out of 10. It would be a 10 out of 10 if they showed a little care for the interior of the car.

Saw my car on a semi-urgent basis the day before a major holiday. Quick efficient friendly

Brian set up my scheduling and everything went very well. I asked for my car to be inspected it taken care of so I can take a trip the holidays and there weren’t any excuses or babies or I don’t knows offered.

I made an appointment to get the job done waiting for it, when I arrived I was told it was a drop off and I was NOT abe to know how long this was going to be. The only response I got was as soon as possible after waiting for 30 minutes!!

I was very happy that the service I was told I needed by the Honda dealership, i.e., brake fluid replacement/flush, was determined to not be needed by the Midas technician. So that saved me from paying for this unnecessary service, but the brake inspection performed by the Midas technician cost more than I expected.When I got home, I discovered that the hinge on my glovebox was broken, and the glovebox will not close unless I hold the hinge up. I don't know how this happened and I don't want to assume that it was due to Midas, but no one else had access to the glovebox. Unfortunately, now I have to figure out how to get it fixed. Disappointed that this happened.

The motherboard to my key fob was missing when my keys were returned to me. I told the associate and was told that I would receive a phone call the next day. I called the next day and was told that it “didn’t make sense” and that they were not responsible for the lost item. A day later, the manager called back and said that he found the motherboard. This was handled very unprofessional. There was no apology for accusing myself of lying or how the situation was handled.

Dede was friendly, patience, and listened to me. They did a brake inspection on my car, which was all I actually needed. A 55 point inspection was preformed and my brakes were safe. Dede called me back and I was able to pick up the car that day.

I took in a coupon for $49.99 Synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Total charges were $83.50 and no rotation due to “sports car stagger”. No explanation of extra charges even though rotation did no cost a thing? How hard is it to be honorable and ethical.Just do the right thing!

The Manager, Santos, is great at managing the location. He oversees all the work to confirm it is completed up to his standard. Also, while waiting, I watched him explain a repair charge to customer with very a compassionate and respectful demeanor . The customer could not pay the charge to have the service completed, but he worked with her about the bare minimum she could afford so Midas could complete the basics repairs to address the safety of the car. Her car’s brakes were failing, so he helped her not return to the highway in an unsafe car. He exemplified the meaning of customer service! Midas is lucky to have him!

They got the job done with no aggravation. Didn’t take too long to complete.

I wasn’t expecting Midas to be this good. I thought it was really just a muffler shop. I went there for a new muffler, but after inspecting the vehicle, he told me the muffler likely was not the issue. He then showed me that my exhaust manifold was leaking. So he replaced the manifold AND fixed the transmission pan leak that’s been nagging me for years. All of that took less than 4 hours. I’ll be back!
