This was my first visit to this location. I have been a customer at Midas Warrenton, VA for many years before moving to Myrtle Beach, SC and found the management as welcoming as my "old" shop. I look forward to a continuing relationship with the good people at the Myrtle Beach location.
Nick hates predatory businesses
I will not be visiting this particular Midas and I plan on telling everyone that I know to do the same. I found a tire in 5 minutes online was $85 cheaper and could have had it installed for $65 less than this Midas. Again, I was never showed actual damage/proof of the side wall being damaged.
They always treat me like family. The whole crew is great and very knowledgeable about every aspect of taking care of my vehicle

I’ve been coming to this Midas for 6-7 years with at least 3 different vehicles and I always have an outstanding experience. I was doing an Uber inspection and my car in great shape and they told me I need to replace the windshield wiper passenger side for $27 or they going to fail the car and next time they will charge me another inspection fee $33. I told them I’m sure my wipers are very good. He told me that he’s not arguing with me and charging me for the inspection and failing my car for not paying for unnecessary service.

Quick response to problems, prompt scheduling of repair. Friendly support staff. Even offered me a fresh cup of coffee upon my arrival. Dan, the person who did the work showed me what had to be done and why in a clear understandable way. Only problem was getting the mail ordered part, slow mail due to the holiday season.

This location is always the most friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient place to take our vehicles. We brought my car in by tow just before closing on a Friday afternoon, and by mid morning on Monday received a call that it was finished and ready for pickup. This is where we bring all 4 of our vehicles, and have done so for a number of years.
Brian and the entire staff are very friendly and helpful. They not only did the oil change but inspected my car for other issues and found that my tire pressure sensors were bad. They made sure I was aware of the issue and offered to resolve it. All though I did decline the extra service, I have been to other places that just change the oil and have not mentioned it. I appreciate everyone at the Myrtle beach location and they are the only place I will bring my car.

The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. They explain with very good detail when additional services might be necessary and any additional costs associated with them. We had a check engine light come on Friday evening. We were worried so we dropped the vehicle off on Saturday knowing the shop was not opened till Monday. Before the shop opened and we could call, 7:45am we received a call from them! They knew our car and were concerned about what happened. They asked if we needed it back at any particular time and made room on the schedule to ensure we had it back and completed in time to pick up my children from school. They are amazing and we are so lucky to have such an attentive graceful shop taking care of our families cars. We love them!

We have been using Midas here since we moved to Myrtle Beach in 2011. We do not go anywhere else. We love Brenda and Danny....Tony is a fantastic mechanic also....this place and these people have become family to us. We refer Midas to all of our family and neighbors as well as our coworkers.
Asked that interior bulbs be replaced. Not done. Asked that tires be rotated , had problem find tool to remove lugs, but would not move articles sitting above back compartment to look for it. Said I would need battery and possibly brakes next oil change. Said tire wear low and not under warranty (tires bought there and told then that warranty the best). The best for who…them?

The employees there are very nice people but they took forever for a basic oil change and tire rotation. I had a 10am appointment and didn't leave until just after 1130am and was a few minutes late for work because of that.
Midas changed my oil fixed a tire for me because there was a nail in the tire and started the job as soon as I got there.
