My Midas experience was very comfortable. The room that I sat in was clean, roomy, with enough seating and spread so everyone could have alone time if they wanted it. The restroom was really clean and had the things in it that one might need. I would give A+ on satisfaction. It was perfect!

Went in for a brake fluid job and vibration on my truck. Both were fix in reasonable time and the issues were addressed with details.
When I picked up my car, all four tires had different air pressures, none of which was the recommended air pressure. I was pretty disappointed since the recommendations are clearly marked on the inside of the door.

No parts needed yet alignment was $213. The tech only had to mess with 4 more bolts than normal for full alignment. I know job is right but feel it was way over charged with what was done.

the GM at midas named ROD gave me a great experiance, he eplained other problems with my vehicle that needed to be fixed sooner then later. It was all the engine and trans mounts and the rack and pinion Rod gave me a price for all the work and he can see the look on my face knowing it was high he then said let me see if i can do something with the price, he went back into his office, worked the numbers and came out with a different price and we both agreed on it and they srarted working on the car the next day. i thanked him and his workers so much and toldhim for now on ill only bring my vehicles to his shop.

I received a call to confirm my appointment. Dealer never did that. I was informed that the check engine light was on. I did not notice that. The code was scanned and I was told the results of the scan. I was given the opportunity to bring the car back for further inspection. I was told that I would be needing tires soon. Last March the dealer said I needed tires immediately. The dealer was trying to pressure me into buying tires. Midas gave me the info I needed to determine when the tires should be replaced. It seems that Midas is more honest in their dealings with customers. I will be returning to Midas.

I came in and was instantly greeted and asked if they had time for an oil change they squeezed me in even though I didn’t have an appointment(which I’m grateful for). The mechanic who did my service also looked over my car and found out some things that I definitely needed to get to done/also topped off my fluids. The guy at the front desk Joe I believe is his name, helped me get an estimate for the things needed done and was very respectful and explained everything to me. I always take my car to Midas fir service and repairs. I had a unrepairable flat tire on my way to work 8/24/23, car does not have spare tire but repair kit. I called at 8am and they told me to bring the wheel in and they would mount a new tire within an hour. They replaced my time in the time quoted. This is the reason I always take my car to the Spartanburg Midas. They care about their customers.

I drive a fleet car for work, and in the middle of my work day I ended up with a nail in my tire. I pulled in to the Midas location and within a few minutes the sales representative was able to get approval for new tires and an oil change as the car was due for both. Instead of making me wait for them to be finished they provided me a ride to my next appointment and offered to pick me back up when I was finished.

Brought wife's car in for an oil change after an unsatisfactory experience at the dealership where we purchased it. It's 11 years old. I'd noticed it was leaking a little oil on the garage floor recently. The dealership told us the turbo assembly needed replacement for a price of $3000. Midas said it's only the valve gasket which will cost less than $300.

The General manager Rod Campos went above and beyond to help me. He scheduled my appointment and made sure I was taken care of upon arrival to my departure. He had always taken care of my car as well as my husbands and other family members too. He is wonderful.
I was told it would take 3 or 4 hours to fix my car. i was about 10 minutes late for my appointment which was at 10 am. I was back home before 1 pm. I was prepared to wait there all afternoon. that it only took aprox. 2 hours was a big surprise.

Also, the price of the oil change was $27 LOWER than at the Hyundai dealer lass than half a mile down the road. The fellow who dealt with my service was friendly and helpful, explaining what might be needed in the near future, and suggested some parts I was bot prepared to buy because I'm planning to trade the car soon.All in all, very professional.

took my car in for a small simple job they botched the job completely i gave them directions with pictures and they stay messed the job up I will never use them again
