This was an overall great visit - quick service and kind and friendly people. The only thing that keeps me from rating a bit higher was that in my online reservation I included a note that I wanted a tire rotation with my oil change since there was no rotation option to select. When my service was done, I asked about the rotation and I was told they didn’t know I wanted one. I mentioned that I asked for it in the notes on my online reservation, but was told they didn’t see it. They recovered very well, though, and promptly put my car back in the bay to complete the rotation that was not done. Great people work here.

The front desk staff was amazing, they explained everything and made me feel at home.
I came in for a vacuum leak informing them I was pretty sure it was my intake manifold. They told me there was no vacuum leak even though I knew there was, and it wasn't caught until the very last second, making me feel like the process was rushed and they didn't properly inspect my vehicle. This led to me not wanting to pay them for any repairs
The ease of making an appointment online was wonderful, as was the online coupon. I was greeted promptly by Jayden, who checked me in and got the process started. He was friendly and personable and made me feel very welcome. The service was handled in a timely manner and I was very impressed that I wasn’t offered a ton of services like most places I’ve been. They did recommend having my brakes checked at the next oil change, and I know that to be true. I only requested a brake inspection. Any issues or repairs needed were supposed to be just for the brakes. Had they focused on just the brakes, I would have been highly satisfied with the brake maintenance. Yet, they went into my engine, without my permission, and stated that my oil pan gasket needed repairing. Midas is not the only shop that looks at my car. Midas lied about an extraordinary maintenance issue. Midas cannot be trusted with my entire car maintenance.

The team there have always been great to work with, they don't push excessive extras on you but merely make recommendations all to help the life of your vehicle. I've experienced this with both my cars I've taken in. Example, "that ticking you hear is your spark plugs and wires are approaching time to replace, maybe consider doing that in the near future".
I had used dealership services for years assuming they were honest in their repair work. About three years ago I caught a major dealer in Nashville in a full blown lie that almost cost me over $700. About 18 months ago I started using Midas for maintenance and repairs on my vehicle. Their work is very good, and the pricing is much more reasonable because they do not have the overhead of large dealerships.

I called earlier in the morning the day of the appointment and asked for what the pricing would be to replace both brakes/ rotators in total in which I was give a price that I felt was reasonable. When I get to the body shop, the mechanic is talk about the condition of the brakes/rotators that I already knew was needing replacing which why I called and ask for the price of that specifically in total (with labor). He takes the car, tells me that he needs to order parts, orders the most expensive parts and the total ends up being almost $200 over the price I was told earlier in the day. To me it feels like a con scheme. When someone asks multiple time for what the price is in total, I don’t think it’s right to low ball to get them in the shop then run up the total as the work is being done without communication.
the issue i brought my car to you all for was not fixed. th4e same day I called, had to take it back the next day the issue still wasn't fixed spent 231.00 called back on the Monday because the car still wasn't fixed as they said it was. I wasted my money and would not recommend anyone to come there. I am currently waiting on someone to call me because there is no way they diagnosed my car correctly.

Full honesty on pricing, I was told my tire rotation was $19.99 but was charged and extra $5 for shop fees I wasn't told about up front.I contacted the store the next day asking about the extra charge, and was told it was for shop rags, oil disposal which I didn't need or use.The manger told me this is a standard charge and there is nothing I can do about it. I canceled my appt. to get a tie rod replacement as there was a $14. shop fee with not explanation. The manger then hung up on me with not further conversation. I will never do business with midas again, and telling my friends how deceptive your pricing is.

I “experimented” with this Midas location about 14 months ago. I needed rear brake service on my truck and didn’t want to pay the ridiculous quote received from the dealer where I purchased. Midas was much less expensive, not to mention friendlier and faster with the service. I have returned two additional times in the past year for different services and have been pleased each time. Not to mention they were much kinder to my wallet!
If they were upfront about their prices, especially when I had a coupon for 49.99 and it still ended up being over 80 bucks bc the coupon only covered the actual material (which only saved about 5 dollars. They still tacked on a bunch of charges and it was almost double what I was told I'd pay, plus it took about 3 times longer than they said. Don't get me wrong, everyone there was extremely nice, but that's the only part I was satisfied with. Never going to midas again.

Chris D was amazing. He worked with me throughout the process. The tech showed my air filter and engine filter. I didn't feel pressured on making a decision to change it. Not many institutions would change it and then charge you for it. Chris D gave me his opinion on what should be done, and explained to me the importance of having a clean air filter.

I have called and scheduled but when i arrive they did not see any appointment, hence i need to spend more time than required.
To mange the shop, the person in charge should at least know what can be done and what can’t at any given moment. Made me drive in to the shop and after checking in, couldn’t perform the work because absent technicians locked up the tools. Just saying that there are hundreds of other places that could do the work is at least unprofessional.

I called the next day to inform the store that one of my hub caps was missing after a tire and wheel balance. The balance stopped my vibration and I am pleased. I drove straight home and parked. I never heard anything fall off and if the hub cap fell off that means it was not put back on correctly. I never received a call back as promised.

When someone has a coupon honor everything on the coupon tires were not rotated and not sure if brakes or anything else was visually inspected
They recommended brake pads and rotors and wanted to charge over $1,000. I said no way cause that price is WAY too much. Then I went somewhere else. The other place showed me my brake pads and rotors and said I didn’t need to replace them at all. So basically, Midas tried to rip me off for a grand over over priced service.

I'm in the process of repairing an old beater for my grandson. It needed brakes. For financial reasons, I wanted to complete the rear brakes and return to complete the front brakes at a later date. The vehicle needs other services as well. I was told Midas I could not provide such services. Fortunately for me there are auto repair businesses locally who CAN do this. I figure it's about $2500. for the needed work between now and Oct. 1st. I was never told what the risk to Midas would be to do the work this way.
I got in almost immediately. Great service at below-market price. They even remembered to reset my 'maintenance required' notification.

The synthetic fluid that was put into the car should last 6,000 miles but it was stated approx. 3,000 miles.. Never did understand why it did not put the maximum amount of the 6,000 miles required.

Midas on Lebanon pike did a fantastic job. Robbie was determined to figure out why my car was overheating, even staying late to help assess the problem. It needed to be left overnight and was being worked on by 7:30 am the following morning. Picked the car up and drove it out of town with 0 issues the that same day. I know they will do their best and give you options, not ever making you feel forced into one avenue. They were professional from start to finish.
