6-8 wks ago went got estimate for shocks was told by Manager after an inspection that service for shocks springs not needed, could not see an issue for repair. He only mentioned current tires were not correct tires for our truck. Our truck was on a lift for 20-25 minutes for inspection. We left as we were told there were no issues.Returned this visit for wheel alignment as we were leaving on a road trip mid July and wanted the drive to be comfortable and didnt want issues on the road. The same Mgr looked at our truck and said heavy duty shocks all around, springs and pads were needed plus tires and it would cost us over $4000.Tell me how the same person tells us no problem and then all of a sudden we are talking over four grand for repairs.We were impressed with our first visit and our comment was the manager was honest and acted responsibly and not trying to fool us into unneeded repairs.Now I see exactly how things work at Midas, not trustworthy and we will NEVER visit your business in the future. Certainly a ripoff.

Getting an appointment was easy. They were very nice and professional. Everything they needed to do was explained up front. The job was done very well and in a very timely manner. No problems with their prices.
I had to note that the price was much more than I had anticipated ($700), Jason noted that that price included work will be needed later. He took that charge off and the total was $580. Much more in line with my estimate.

I was contacted daily (with the exception of the weekend) and kept updated on the progress. Every time I was given a timeframe for the completion of a replacement part, it was kept.
