Everyone was professional and the service was fast and reasonably priced.
The customer service was very good and they were quick and explained in detail what was needed to be done to my car. They had to order and to make things quicker they went and picked the part up.

My appointment was for 4:30pm. I arrived around 4:15pm and was the only customer at the shop. After getting immediately checked in, my vehicle was not pulled into the shop to begin work until almost 5pm. I feel that I could have been gone by this time. Other than that, the service was great.

My experience this morning with Midas was exceptional. I have been looking for a new place for oil changes, and Midas is close to my job so the location was the main factor in selecting, but also all the services Midas offers. The day of my appointment I got stuck in traffic and called the store and told them I would be late. Todd answered and assured me it would be ok. Upon arrival, Todd was very welcoming, and I was also quickly introduced to Aaron. They pulled the car in immediately and Aaron came back out and was very honest and thorough explaining the cost, repairs needed, etc. While they were working on the oil change, I asked them about several other repairs that I had been looking at. They spent time looking up the parts and giving me quotes, which were way less than the others I have received. The oil change was completed in under 30 minutes also! It was already less than what I'm used to paying by about $20, but then Aaron gave me some coupons to use to register for a kickback of another $20. I will absolutely be scheduling these future services ASAP and this Midas secured a customer for life. Thanks Todd, Aaron & the rest of the crew for such amazing service & kindness!

When I went back to have the pads changed out, I was informed that they were no longer in warranty because they had gone over 40000 miles. I didn't remember them telling me that there was a mileage limit when I had the work the first time, but I left and checked the paperwork when I got home. The warranty information that I was given has zero mention of a mileage limit. When I called customer support to ask about it, the representative told me that his supervisor would call me back within the hour to discuss it. That was 2 months ago, still no supervisor call. I know how to do a brake job myself, so I did it. I was able to change pads on all 4 wheels and have all 4 rotors resurfaced for less than 1/6 of the cost from the original job that Midas performed. The only thing I saw definitly wrong was they had stated on the paperwork they had checked the air pressure in my tires which they did not. I had to call them to come back out to my car to check air pressure cause my sensor light was still on. It even looks like they said the tires were rotated and that was not done either.
