I needed help immediately with an inspection required by TURO. This allowed me to get my car relisted for the weekend.
The price seemed exorbitant. The website (or associates using it) were not satisfactory. I would've liked a little more communication on the price ahead of time.
My tires are hard to find as the front and rear are different sizes and not the same as the standard for my year and model, so when I got a flat -I anticipated a huge inconvenience. I called around a few places and everyone said it would need to be special ordered and it would be days before the work could be completed. But Todd at my local Midas called around, located one in the correct size, and had it available before my car could even be towed in - on a Saturday! Plus, the price at checkout was slightly less than what I was quoted originally, which was already half of the lowest price quoted anywhere else. When I went in to pick up my vehicle, I booked an oil change for both my cars on the spot. You have a new customer.

I have been bringing my car to this location for years & they have never filled the windshield washer fluid but this time they did. They also did a thorough inspection & told me about some other issues. Very pleased with the service.

EVERY. SINGLE. STEP of the way, the process was communicated with me! It was explained to me how my diagnostic would be handled along with the exclusion of the Midas warranty on services due to their not being able to reach the same diagnosis. Their willingness to ask the questions of exact location of problem areas. The turn around time was amazing. And the fact that they were able to work with my schedule and get my vehicle running again was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better mechanic and service shop experience!

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional the mechanic was literally FaceTime someone the entire time he inspected my car.
