Waited an hour and a half, at least, because they didn't have my oil filter.

I had just replace my entire brake system at my house but I needed a brake flush and there was a grinding noise. I took my car to another mechanic and they had no idea what the problem was. I brought it here and within 10 minutes of it being jacked up, it was diagnosed. The brake noises have been fixed completely. In addition to this, everyone was friendly. Eyob was specifically a very down to earth person to talk to so props to him.

I came in before my appointed time and was taken care of right away. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and polite, definitely coming back for the same and other services.

The associate that I worked with was kind, effective and efficient. He multi tasked well between jumping to the desk when customers arrived yet went back out to the garage immediately to help get jobs done sooner. I wish I caught his name but it was on 11/11/23 in the morning.

Blake was amazing! My son just spent over $700 at a different location, but they could not complete the job because they lacked a tool. Blake and his team also had problems with the part, but got creative and were able to get it done! I love that they went above and beyond to make sure my son had a safe, reliable car to drive. Everyone and everything was done great

Check in was not completed properly, checked in at 4:08pm work not started until 5:20pm. Other vehicles with no appointment was seen before me.

Most Midas locations check for potential issues but this one skipped that step. It was an otherwise good experience though.

My wife took her car there for an oil change. A service rep brought out a set of breaks and set them down on the counter AND SAID THESE OLD BREAK PADS ARE ON YOUR CAR AND COULD CAUSE A WRECK. The only problem is the breaks on the car were in NEW condition.
