Everyone I came into contact with was very knowledgeable and considerate. They went out of there way to give me a ride home when I dropped off my truck. They finished the job very quickly and they communicated well throughout the process!
Eric and Adam were both very helpful explaining the services I would need. They kept me updated as they progressed servicing my truck. They noticed shortly before I was to come back in that they needed to tweak the calipers they had put on, so they let me know before I arrived so I wouldn’t have to sit around. Very thankful.

Everything went well. The issue and price were explained to me after the car was examined and how long it would take for the repair. I was able to walk to a nearby restaurant for lunch. The only issue I had was in trying to make an appointment online. I tried the night before and it appeared to go through but, apparently it didn't, because the store had none of my information the next day.
The associates are all welcoming and very kind. I was comfortable with the customer service and the experience in terms of car fixture was fantastic. If I have any problems I would definitely go back.
Traveling and needed new brakes. Stopped in and Josh took care of us right away and was able to replace rotors and brake pads in a couple hours. Very friendly and professional.

I had my tires rotated but the tires were not aired up / PSI wasn’t checked or at least I was not told that I needed to get air in some tires. My vehicle check sheet noted that I needed an sore filter- no one told me verbally about this upon inspecting the vehicle. Customer service could have been better!
I scheduled an appointment for 2:00 pm and even though I was 30 minutes late my car was taken right in and the brake inspection was completed in less than 20 minutes. The manager was great and very professional. He told me that my rotors and pads were in great shape and ther was no charge. I was very thank ful for his honesty which is hard to find these days
It was easy to get an appointment. Once I arrived, they inspected my brakes and about 30 minutes later, gave me the price. I asked how long it would take and the manager told me about an hour. Almost 2 hours later, the manager came back and told me that they recieved the wrong part and that it could be another hour to hour and a half. I arrived at one and finally left at 5:00. The issues were communicated poorly. The mechanics goofed off constantly, worked on their friends cars, and ate their lunch while I waited for four hours. Extremely unprofessional. This location would be much more efficient if they didn’t waste so much time slacking off.

My daughters car stopped at the YMCA, she had to have the car towed to Midas. I spoke to Josh several times and he was always friendly and polite. Josh explained everything in detail. The price was high, and no discounts were available, however it had to be fixed. Josh allowed us to pay for the work over the phone after filing out authorization because we are in Chatt and daughter is in Antioch. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the service and work, and Josh should be recognized as a valuable employee because he was very helpful through the whole process working with me over the phone. The rep that waited on me was very courteous and patient as I tried to explain why I was there. He constantly ask me questions when he deemed it necessary. He did not rush me or try to put words in my mouth but instead let me finish my sentence without interrupting me to ask questions. I felt that he was truly concerned with my issue and was willing to go above and beyond to solve the problem.
I got just what i asked for without having to fix anything else. I was in and out in about 30 mins.

On startup, check engine light is on. They cleared the code right in their parking lot. Said it was normal. Drove it home. Code is back, coolant is leaking. Took it right back. Called everyday for 2 more weeks. EXcuses everyday. Finally took the truck elsewhere. No refund.

I went and got my brakes fixed and to my surprise there was a woman at the counter. Her name is Angel. I felt more relaxed and more engaged talking to her. It's not everyday that you see a woman at the front counter. She explained to me what was happening
First when I went in they tried to lie and tell me I needed synthetic oil, my husband went in and asked why I was being charged for synthetic oil if car didnt use it, so they told him it was a mistake done from the computer. They never called to let me know of any issues with my car. They just went ahead and did the service without my authorization. I will never ever use Midas again.

Had to wait a long time for brake flush and new rotors. Then had to take it back due to soft pedal. They did correct the problem by flushing the brake line again. At least they offer a limited warranty.
