I have always had a wonderful experience in my visits to Midas! The front desk man was very helpful and nice. The length of waiting time was only a few minutes. I would recommend Midas to friends and family!

Besides the customer service being great, my car hasn’t had any major issues since I started bringing it here. They are never pushy with additional items needing to be done, but they are politely transparent. The wait time has never been extremely long. All in all, I like coming here to get my car serviced.

I have been going to this Midas for about 8 years. I don't trust a lot of Mechanics, but I trust Eddie and is team at the Midas in Arlington on S. Cooper and Sublett. I came in for a brake check. I already had the lifetime warranty pads so l ended up having new pads and rotars. Professional, courteous, informative and efficient.

They don't try to upsell their services. They just do what you went in for, and recommend what is needed...and you just know they are being truthful. And they follow up with you in the next day or two to see if everything is good.

This was the 5th time I took my car in for the same problem because it was never fixed after the first time. I went in for brakes. They did the replacement but the same problem kept happening. The 5th time they tried to charge for a different pads that were a higher price. They said the car doesn't like the pads they put on but they guaranteed these higher priced pads would solve the problem. They should have asked me about the pads the first time. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I was not going to let that happen. If that was the fix they should have just put them on. That would've been good customer service. I will see if I have the same problem this time.
