Such friendly service when I called about pricing and booking. Same friendly service when I arrived. Additionally, had lower priced oil change compared to other shops and they even offered to give me a discount for half off (without me asking about discounts). Overall, this location was excellent.

I was greeted happily and speedily! Checked in as soon as I arrived. Asked how long it would be and the associate let me know I'd be next. I was given the wifi password & water while I waited. My oil change took less than an hour without an appointment. They let me know some other things that I need to take care of on my car and their price offer for completing the job today but decided to wait. Great team. Quick service. Great experience

Rick, the daytime manager, did a good job telling me about my car. Very friendly and likable guy. It was cut and dry about what my car needed, so he didn’t have to go too far into detail. But they got the job done despite some technical problems.

Ricky broke down everything going on with my vehicle in an incredibly comprehensive way without mansplaining. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled the flow of the shop well.

Quite a friendly experience, I did a walk in and asked if he can do an oil change. Right away I got the quote and service. He also informed me the state of my tires and brake pads Asked for a quote and sure enough everything was in detail.

I returned to midas when I saw I had a problem with my coolant because of my confidence in this location. There was a new manager, Rick, and he exceeded my expectations. He was very friendly, took time to answer my questions (I’m not super good with car stuff), and worked with what I could do. For the problems I couldn’t afford to fix today, we made a priority list of what needed to be next so I could save up for them. He explained the price over the phone and that was the price I paid. Everything I needed in this visit and I’m confident to get a good value next time I’m back.

The manager was very professional and honest. He was personal and recommended options for my vehicle, both large and small, in ways with upkeep. Was very helpful and I thanked him.

Quick service; best price

Rick was very nice to me and he helped me receive the online discount for my synthetic oil change. I left the Midas on Guadalupe because they were attempting to charge me $120. After not wanting to give up on Midas since I’ve always come here I called this location and amazingly Rick was able to help.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the shop by Rick, the manager, with a nice smile. After asking what services I needed, he immediately explained the price as well as the wait time. I was given the option to leave my vehicle or wait(waited) but, there was great conversation and music to keep me occupied. Rick and I both hail from Chicago, so we did a lot of reminiscing!! The gentleman (Husain, I think) who checked us in and explained the issues with our car was kind and professional. He took us underneath the car and showed us all of the issues with the front suspension.

Good value - efficient service, good front desk communications

I was having a hard time getting a problem fixed on my truck and getting my parts put on. With Darius help at the front desk he was able to get my truck squared away and that young man is very patient and helpful so glad I was able to stop by Midas today.

Please don't take you're car to get it fixed here I payed 700 to get my car fixed unfortunately they did not fix my car / I had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed /they have no idea on how to fix a car (5hey don't know what there doing )

They lie about what they fix and dont fix what is wrong with your car and just want to charge you for more stuff that is not wrong with your car paid almost $5000 then told me it needed sensors that would cost me another $1500 then tried to charge me anoth

They were nice, not sure they really rotated the tires, as my slow leak was still in the same place. Haven't been back much in the last year, because things got really bad there. I asked them to check my fluids & they told me the windshield wiper fluid was low. It was empty & none was added. Its so convenient to work, that I used to have 5 cars serviced there for 3 years, but I don't think I'll be back.

Tyler is fantastic!! I had gotten an AC check done at another shop and he was willing to do the work recommended from the other place without doing their own evaluation. He also worked with me on the cost and was able to save me a pretty good bit of money.
