I was calling around for quotes on break pads and most places were very unprofessional and rude over the phone. Maides made me feel great about the decision I made I really appreciate them.

My wheel alignment was good. Good for the price and time it took. However, just to replace a light bulb for my headlight it was $50 labor which I was unaware of. I would have paid $30 at the most for a bulb replacement. They did not tell me how much that would cost altogether after the services were done. So as you can imagine I was surprised about the price. Could’ve done the bulb replacement somewhere else for cheaper labor.

Honor a coupon if it is presented to the associate. They said they had a better coupon but never applied it and I showed them one for 15 dollars off my service (oil change)

When doing certain maintenance fixes there are multiple parts that may need to be swapped out such as spark plugs, and ignition coils where if you had to replace one why would you not save the customer time, money, and headache by replacing them all at one time? If you have to replace a timing belt don't you also recommend changing the water pump as well? Also how is it that at the same location when visiting two different mechanics tell me I need a laundry list of things replaced and neither of them has the same items on the list for the exact same car? Also if they had done the brake check the first two times like I asked I wouldn't have done them myself at home and found that my brakes were nearly gone. If you want return customers you need to have reliable honest mechanics working with you and if you cannot find any then double check the dishonest ones before telling us what the car needs.

They did not tighten the oil pan plug therefore my Toyota leaked oil onto my driveway.

Always good service. Honest and do not try to sell you repairs that you really do not need, like car dealerships try to sell you.

This location was very unprofessional and very lazy. I was there for 4 hours getting one rotor and 4 brakes done, and 1 hour and a half no one was working on my car. Then they charged me over $300 for the labor. I will never go to this location again.
