I found a coupon online for a cheaper synthetic oil change and in that process I also wanted to get my vehicle inspected for the yearly renewal. All went smoothly. javier the assistant manager went through everything professionally, and was quick with the process all together. I was maybe there for 30 mins tops and had everything ready to go compared to other places I've gone I have had to wait over an hour sometimes.

The mechanic explained what needed to be done very clearly. I had gone to Jiffy Lube where they told me I would need to spend $3000 for vehicle problems. Midas was honest with me and saved me a lot of money.

Better train you personnel, get the manager involved

The manager took the time to ask me for my email address to share great coupons with me from Midas. Also explained about the great coupon and tire rotation I would receive. He asked me if I had any questions. The overall service was outstanding.

I checked the oil the next day and found a lot of oil smudges on top of the valve cover and also around where the oil was poured like they didn't take the time to wipe off the oil they spilled around there they could have done a better job I had it done like 2 years ago with you guys and it was left very clean afterwards but this visit it looked like I wouldn't even lose much just like that Irags where they could have just gave it a little cleaning so the Chrome will look nice around the top I was a little concern as to where else they could have spilled the oil around my car next time I'll have to check it before I leave just to make sure they don't leave it all messy I know my battery was dirty but my car usually I keep it clean but I work and sometimes I don't have time to clean it so I guess they just said well battery looks dirty he won't notice but I did notice and I didn't appreciate that they didn't clean up after themselves to leave it looking nice I usually clean the valve cover and around where the oil goes cause the motor was serviced by Nissan recently and they Always leave it clean. I think for a $60.00 Oil Change They could have done better

I think service could have been better. They didn't check my alignment as requested. They were I. A rush because of closing time. They did oil change but no other checks were provide.
