They get the vehicle and changed all rotated the tires look at the brake pads, checked about posers and wiper blades and everything looked good. They done a great job.

These are the only people that service my car in any way. We even come here for inspection. Went ANOTHER place for a simple oil change about 3-4 years ago I think and they " forgot" to put in a oil filter. What???? That's part of the job. Midas found it and told us and we went back there and got it! Swore then, MIDAS ONLY!!!!!

Joseph and Miriam are both professional in the way they interacted with us. Miriam was friendly and because our truck is our only vehicle, gave me a ride home when I took the truck in for a coil pack repair and came and picked us up when it was ready a few days later. I don’t know the name of the man who did the work. Everyone seemed to be genuinely customer service oriented and today that is a breath of fresh air. Customer service is a dying art in so many businesses.

I have used Midas in Granbury a number of times for my personal vehicle. I am also a mechanic but, when I am busy with my own customers I do not have time to work in my own vehicles. I can say from experience that the technicians and service desk employees are top notch.
Front desk communicated every step of the way. The Technician took the time to pay attention to details about my vehicle and they performed my oil change and tire rotation in a timely matter.
Had a possible issue that the general manager addressed very quickly and professionally. She is awesome! If I return to Midas, it'll be because of her and her customer service.

I went in to get a wheel alignment and was told the tie rod was too tight and that with tens of thousands of dollars worth of tools they could not get it loose and that I should do it in my driveway with a hammer and stick

I quickly received an appointment which relieved me to have my issue resolved as I t did not feel safe using my truck. Midas had a friendly courtesy service driver to take me home, called me to advise the issue, received my approval to proceed and resolved in a timely manner. The courtesy driver picked me up and I safely returned home with peace of mind. Everything went very well. and i'm grateful for automotive service such as Midas rendered.
Needed State inspection, got State inspection.
Midas is close to home and I was able to get the service I needed in a relatively quick amount of time considering how busy they were.
We made an appointment for Monday morning and we were able to get our car in right away. When we were called about what was wrong with our vehicle the associate explained everything in detail including the cost of the service

Did not have an appointment. Inquired about an oil change and state inspection. Was told it would be about 1.5 hours for both, but they could get the state inspection done ASAP. Told them that would be fine, just do the state inspection now and I would make an appointment for the oil change.While we were waiting, got an estimate for a battery replacement for my other vehicle. Received that when I checked out. Nice, clean establishment with friendly staff. Shop manager personally showed me what issues were found with my vehicle.
My vehicle sat for 3 years without being driven. I dropped it off on a Saturday morning and told the employees I needed it by Tuesday morning for a 1300 mile road trip, and that I needed whatever done to make that happen. They made it happen and I made my road trip. If I lived in Granbury I would go there for any/all my future vehicle needs.

This Midas shop is my "GO TO" place for automotive work. Robert runs a really tight ship and his personnel know what they are doing.
The problem I came in with was a brake issue that required a high amount of diagnosis and figuring. The mechanic was able to get the service handled same day without major issue and everyone explained everything every step of the way.
They always get me in and out quickly, they're very friendly and knowledgable.

I scheduled an appointment at 8am and was told when I got there that I would have to reschedule for 2pm. I work night shift so 2 pm is the equivalent to 2am to me. A simple call would have resolved my issue so I could go to bed and get up early to come back.

From the ease of booking online to getting contact the next day was great. Everyone is the office was friendly and the prices were told to me up front. It was within thr budget I had set for myself and they even remembered I was going on a trip. I was very happy with the experience and will be having my husband's car serviced here soon.

Took in for tire fix- two days later said it was fixed and as I’ve paid and pulling out the tech (Gabe) came out and said the tire had not been repaired per company policy. Said he “forgot” to tell the front desk? Tianna knew we were not happy and gave exceptional service recovery. We have used Midas exclusively but Gabe seriously damaged our faith - Tianna saved the day.

I use this Midas store for most all of my mechanical needs because they are always on time, will shuttle me to and from the house, explain the diagnosis of my problem and quote the cost of repairs ahead of time. Another thing I appreciate is that they will point out any issue with the vehicle that I am not aware of and give me the option of early repair versus a later major expense.

Check list very thorough and detailed. $120 oil change and a $3 oil filterwas put on. I took a new gm oil filter and a quart of Mobil One to havethe cheap oil filter replaced. Junk oil filters dangerous to an engine and Iasked what filters they used before
