I am highly satisfied with my Midas experience because a short few minutes after getting there, they were already starting on my vehicle. I arrived at 9 and they got me out by 10 which I loved! I had a flight to catch that I could not miss and they ensured me they would get me out of there with plenty of time to catch my flight. I was also very satisfied with the fact that they had the parts to work on my vehicle which not everyone has. I am 7+ hours away from the area and I was so nervous that I wouldn’t be able to find anything because of how unfamiliar I was with the area so let’s just say that I was so thankful I found them when I did!
When I checked around other places, the waiting time for a diagnosis was 2 weeks. This Midas location was able to get my car in and diagnosed the same day.
The crew here are very friendly and go out of their way to make the process as easy as possible. The prices are competitive and they complete the work quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Got there early. I was able to get my car serviced quickly with an oil change and a tire inspection regarding the sensors. I had previously gone to Midas to get my break pads replaced. A couple weeks later, there was a lot of squeaking. I figured I should have Midas take a look after another mechanic told me to replace other parts after looking at my car for .2 seconds. Midas took the time and found out that a part had come loose and was rubbing against another part. No charge. As a young female, it’s intimidating to come to car places alone. They didn’t try to upsale me or talk down to me.

It took double the time, which I didn’t mind, but I would have appreciated updates telling me of the increase in time. Unfortunately I was not informed and missed an appt. Had I been given the heads up I would have been able to call my next appt and rescheduled before missing it.

I was told at a previous Midas that tire patches are always free. At this Midas location the associate was incredibly rude and told me that the last Midas only did free tire patches because the associate wanted to. He also did not apply the $20 off coupon for my oil change even though he told me he did.
Open and honest communication. Pamela took the time to explain the vehicle's issue and clearly gave me my options. It was obvious she just wasn't trying to make a buck.

This location did not meet the quality of service that I expect from and experienced with other Midas locations. I experiences an issue with my front driver-side caliper seizing up locked onto the rotor. The service manager charged me $1500 to replace both front calipers and rotors, as well as flush and replace the brake fluid. When I asked to just do the damaged side, she said the price would be $1350. I asked why the rotor was still on there, and she took the price down to $1200. She did not even mention there was a coupon. I felt like she was taking advantage of my situation being stuck at her shop. I ended up replacing all of it. On my drive home, which took over an hour, my brakes failed! On LBJ Freeway during rush hour traffic on a weekeday!! When I left the shop, the brakes seemed squishy but worked. On the highway, the brakes went all the way to the floor board and I had to use engine braking!!!The Midas by my house said they would only have replaced the driver side and charged 600-700. There was no need to replace the passenger side at all. They looked at the original rotors and confirmed their evaluation. They also said therr was air in my brake lines!!

Honor your coupon deals!! My coupon was for $20 off but they only gave me $10 off because the associate said their service was already cheap and it wouldn’t be fair to them to take off that much. It wasn’t fair to me that he did that and it also was illegal what he did but I didn’t argue about it.

We also discussed future repairs To the same vehicle, and the proposed cost for labor struck me as quite reasonable. I can't bring my 97 F-150 to the dealership as it's starting it's 26th year of faithful service, as the Ford dealership won't work on anything that's 20 year's or older. Thank goodness for Midas! Service manager told completely what I wanted to be done to my car. The a/c was never check nor recharged as requested. Other services were performed, but took 2 days, not one as requested. Car had to be left overnight-this midas has great difficulty in getting parts in as in past experience too. In addition, manager keep hawking tires that I don't need right now for vehicle. Only reason I took it there was because you can get in quickly. Techs seem to know what they're doing though. Service manager never seems to listen.

Appointment was for 11:00. Arrived on time and dropped off keys. Sat and waited in lobby for 45 mins for someone to tell me something. All were in back of store. Left to get lunch. Saw car up in air as I went back to home. Finally got a call hours later. Some feedback sooner would be nice.
I hate I can’t remember his name but the older gentleman that’s usually checking people in is the most personable person you could have in an auto shop. He is always friendly, he doesn’t mind having small talk (which I don’t care for but if it’s presented I will engage but I can tell other customers enjoy it) and he doesn’t hide fees. I’ve been coming here for oil changes for about two years just because of him!!

One issue I brought up .. nothing was done to fix it … the other issue they worked on.. I left the service station on the drive home I had the same issue I brought it in for … wasn’t fixed
I cannot say enough positive things about my Midas experience. Up until today I had been going to the large Chevy dealer down the street for oil changes and tire rotations as they were part of a warranty package. They would typically take 90-120 minutes to complete, even with an appointment. Midas had me in and out in less than an hour at less than half the price the dealer quoted me on the phone. My only suggestion is to keep an ear on what's playing on the DVD player. Lots of profanity at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning when I was there. Luckily no kids were waiting with their parents.
The work needed was explained thoroughly and the estimate was accurate. The technition/manager explained clearly what the problems were and why it was important to take care of them in a timely manner to avoid damage to my vehicle. All my questions were answered including what the priorities were for the safe operation of my vehicle. I believe I was given truthful information and an honest estimate.

They took the time to explain and thoroughly answer all my questions regarding their findings and recommended several replacement options for the future. Additionally, they took the time to actually show me the rotors in question and then provided me with written estimates for the recommended work. I brought my 2019 Ford F150 in for a synthetic blend oil change (up to 5 qt), tire rotation, and brake inspection special that was advertised as costing $24.99 plus disposal fee and was told the extra quart of oil would be an additional $10. So, that should have been in the neighborhood of $38.14 plus tax but instead it came to $42.44 plus tax...that's an additional $4.30. That's not a huge deal but it felt like a bit of bait & switch/adding miscellaneous fees which will keep me from using Midas again.

Midas has always been good to my family and today was no exception. I had called for a scheduled day and time, got my vehicle there, check in, and went for a nice long walk. I knew it would take about 45-55 minutes, so no worries. Returned on time, and my vehicle was ready shortly thereafter.

The guys did a good job on the suspension work., (~$2100). However, someone set something hot on the passenger seat and it left a brown burn mark on the gray leather. For my next visit, I would like to receive a discount in order to repair the burn mark. It did not burn through, but left a circular dark brown mark.
