Gentleman by the name Joe was one of the friendliest person I have ever encountered. His attitude was amazing. Better than the owner or manager.

I brought in my car for a problem with the brakes. I didn’t have an appointment. By the end of the first day they told me what the problem was and that they likely fixed the problem but wanted another day to test drive the car and make sure everything was good. At the end of day 2 I was able to pickup my car. The problem is gone.

I appreciated the friendliness and how quick and efficient they were with the services. I will definitely be returning for my next service to this location.

I've been doing regular oil changes and maintenance at this Midas since 2006.They are always thorough, professional, friendly, easy to work with, and take good care of me.

The Harlingen Midas has always been the pinnacle of professionalism, friendliness and complete performance. They’ve always gone that extra mile to make sure everything is done right. When I can’t do the work my self on my classic cars, I trust them to get the job done.

The manager at this particular Midas has always made me feel comfortable and confident with the service that I receive. He communicates openly about options and has gained my trust. I understood that the tire purchase that I was making this last visit was going to be slightly more expensive than a tire-focused business (e.g. Discount Tire), but the professionalism and customer service that Joe has always provided me over the last 10 years made the additional cost acceptable to me.

They greeted really well in the morning and was very kinda. Once they finished with my vehicle they send me the list of the issues and the pricing. Overall they did a great job.
