Be honest instead of rambling on about what’s wrong with the vehicle and actually take care of what comes with the service that was purchased.
The service was performed quickly and efficiently. I did not have to wait for my car at the location, but could come back at my convenience to pick it up. All additional issues that were found were clearly communicated to me and a quote was presented at that time. The person that waited on me was friendly and thorough. I had a very good experience.

I was not highly satisfied. They could’ve added my windshield wiper fluid instead of being cheapskates and they also wanted to charge me super high prices for “dangerous” brake pads should I have chosen to replace them, but the breaks weren’t that bad. Also, the store associate said the deals on services are random—how is that fair to the customer? I think deal/discount availability should be made known ahead of time so people can prepare for when to buy things. Otherwise don’t run deals at all

I'd had my car at Toyota a couple days prior and decided to do the alignment with Midas to save a little money. Toyota had inspected he vehicle thoroughly and found several minor things, including the alignment. After having my vehicle for nearly 2 hours, Midas told me that all of the ball joints for my wheels were leaking grease. They sent pictures that showed a small amount of very dirty grease in some places and one spot with very fresh grease (zero road grime). They told me that it was a safety concern and wouldn't do the alignment because the leaks were so bad. This is a 2017 vehicle with all maintenance being done routinely. There's no way all four ball joints were leaking. I told them it had just been with Toyota and they didn't say anything about that, despite removing wheels to replace brake pads and turn rotors, and Midas just blamed Toyota for missing it. I find it very hard to believe that my 2017 vehicle is leaking grease from ALL ball joints and that was completely missed by Toyota two days earlier.
Explain in detail as to to why a service can’t be rendered.

The main associate that helped me was exceptional. Very kind. Helpful and knowledgeable. She was the main reason I decided to go with all the work and high quote. I will be back to see her. I just wish the pricing was MORE in line with average pricing for brakes. It was much higher at Midas by several hundred I found out sadly. Otherwise flawless.
The store manager was absolutely amazing! She explained every detail regarding what was going on with my car. She even offered to pick up my car to be serviced since they had to order the parts. I will be back to finish all the repairs because of the outstanding customer service!

I went for a simple oil change with EVERYTHING working fine on my car. When they were done, MY BATTERY DIDNT WORK! the battery is less than one year old and I did not have ANY problems leading up to the day of my oil change. And the mechanics words were, " at least it stopped working in the perfect place, now you can buy a new one!" They price matched. The S.Post Oak location in Houston seemed to be honest and worked well with explaining the importance of part repair. We received alignment, shocks and struts, and front arm something. But car drives smooth, no vibrations, no hard hit over bumps. Alignment is straight. We're happy.
