Not have your sales manager lie to us. Not charges for 2 hoses instead of one hose. And to have your proper mechanics, be fully trained and learn how to tighten radiator hoses completely. Once they put the hose on, they need to tighten both clamps down and not. Have you drive off the lot and have it explode all over your car.

Charles is great and knows his stuff. It's the owner who charges 40 for shop supplies that I was charged for in the invoice already. These add-ons that I didn't ask for and they do anyway shouldn't be charged to me.

The people at the Midas in Irving are great! I am coming back as I need a tune-up soon, and I feel they will keep my care in good running shape as they are like doctors for your car. They take good care of you.

The response time for getting the parts was exceptional. This was for a transmission removal, and install of rebuilt transmission on an 08 Cadillac EXT. Price rage was great and turn around was faster than expected. This is a great shop and location.
