The customer service was amazing the minute I walked through the door . I was also able to call around a compare prices . I did a walk in and my van went to the back right away . Bout time I went to get some food down the road and came back my van was ready to go .service was really fast I would recommend them to anyone I will definitely be back .

Our car tire had a nail in it, no other tire shops around us were available. Gary was able to get us in quickly and for cheaper than surrounding shops. We are grateful as we are not from around the area, and needed to get to our destination 3 hours away as quick as possible.

I was treated it like a ghost. if someone made appointment, be sure who and how they come to the store, and check the time so guests will not wait forever. one guy asked me "did you make appointment?" I said "yes" and told them what time I made appointment. later, after I waited it pretty much long time, I asked it to one guy about my appointment, and he was like I didn't hear it, I didn't know you made appointment. that was wow.. didn't expect that experience.
Gary told me that my vehicle was needing additional work and quoted me almost $1200 worth of brake work. I left and took this estimate to another well known brake vendor and was told my vehicle did not need these recommendations. Absolutely unprofessional and price gauging should be reviewed.
Have Had issues with the Firestone across the street when servicing my fleet vehicle. Found out this location was authorized to do fleet service and gave them a shot. They far exceeded my expectations. Gary was easy to work with.

There was a problem with my alignment, technician recommended to change the faulty parts. Technician did his best at align my wheels the best he could but my steering wheel was not placed in the right position, which made my stability track sensor to act up. had to drive back into location to correct issue, Technician was able to correct it, thankfully. However it took a few hours and two trip to get it done.

I am very satisfied with this location. I had one of my car oil change and inspection. After that wanted to bring my second car for inspection, and was told I will need 2-3 hours wait time better come 3-4 PM again. I came at 3:30 and had my inspection right away. All services are satisfied. I am happy with this location and I will come to this Midas next time.

I came in hearing an occassiinal knock from my passenger back tire abd rubbing at 40mph. Whe they called me back they said it was the differential and axel needs replace. When I drove it home, I was more scared to drive it, the knockong was more frequent after they looked at it, and I cant even go 20 mph. It seems more fragile after they test drove it. I wasnt charged, but I do feel more damage was done during tgeir test drive to see the problem. I called to see how much it will cost to fix and they havent responded. Very Dissatisfied.

Your pricing is deceptive. I get my oil changed with another car service center and pay $25. I asked how much an oil change is if I bring my own oil and filter and was told $25. So I figured I'd give it a try. When finally deciding to bring my car, I called again to ask the price. I was told $25. When I come to pick up my car I get a bill for $30.41. $5 extra for shop parts and since there is tax on parts and not labor. I get charged an extra 41 cents for tax. That's over 20% more than I was quoted. I'd like to see and itemized list of the $5 used to install my oil and filter. Every business has expenses. If I order a burger and I am told it costs $5, I expect tax but people would be upset if it came out to $7.50 because of a supplies cost. This is unexceptable. If I ask how much tell me $30. I came in expecting $25, you charged me $30 I did not agree to that price.

I used a a Groupon for a wheel alignment valued at $89 which is the regular price including a 1 year warranty, but the associate told me it wasn’t included and would cost an extra $20. This is false advertisement.
Ask you associates to listen carefully to their customers. I know, that there are several customers who visit your shop, that does not mean you cannot manage other customers. We both know my feedback does not matter to you, so just stay ignorant stay foolish. Cheers !!

I went to Midas for a State Inspection and ended up waiting for 2 hours!! There was only 1 car in front of me. I also noticed my car was done waiting in the parking lot and no one assisted me for 30 minutes while it sat there. The guy who was taking care of it was nowhere to be found. Next time I will go to a smaller shop that focuses on service.
