Because this wasn't a quick 5-10 minute oil change like other companies they were able to put my car on the lift and examine other parts of my car.

You don’t take chime. There’s nothing wrong with chime it’s the most used bank now. Get with the times.
Jose, the manager was extremely nice and attentive. My car issue was resolved. They even provided me a ride to my work after the drop off and even offered to pick up. Everything was clearly explained and any new issues were addressed through call. My only complaint is that labor pay is very high, but I guess that comes with going to a trust worthy place.

Resolved the issue with my truck efficiently as far as the brakes and bearings . I came in for an oil change but they didn’t have the 0-40 oil so I went to O’Reilly to get it myself and they completed the oil change. Very helpful manager and polite staff .

Normally when we go into car maintenance places, we go on a defensive side since they normally overcharge for small stuff and try to charge for things that are not needed. Took my vehicle to get the A/C fixed because it wasn’t blowing cold. Was charged $1,700 to get it up and running. A few days later the A/C wasn’t blowing cold again. Had to take the car back several times and the issue kept happening Last time I took it there they gave an attitude and said they’ve tried everything but the A/C still wasn’t blowing cold. They tried to charge me another $1,200 to fix it. I told them no. So now I don’t have the A/C working and I am out $1,700. Could not have been a worse experience.

Receptionist is not friendly and is very rude. Oil change took a long time. I asked for them to not mess with my tires and they over inflated them. When I told the receptionist that my tires were over inflated, he basically called me a liar. Was not told I would have to pay additional money even though I bought a Groupon.

ok service, ok price, ok timing... hopefully repair (new pads & back rotors) will last longer than last (ac) repair at their FM 529 location, which broke within a week. AC Still broken. May bring to Mason Rd location for AC repair next.
Extremely easy process to get front/rear brake pads and rotors replaced. Called the day before to get a ball park estimate -- was a walk-in customer the following day. All details I shared from the previous day were immediately recalled/shared. Great price on the full job, including labor. In comparison shopping -- the cost at the shop was hundreds below other quotes I received...and included the lifetime warranty on pads. The work on my car began immediately -- an appropriate wait time for the service.
I got my truck inspected at this location a year ago, they told me my wiper blades were bad and I paid to get them replaced. They again this year told me my wipers were bad and failed my inspection and made me pay another $30 for a pair. There was nothing wrong with my wiper blades, they just extorted $30 from me. I will never return to Midas for any services in the future.

For all the reasons I checked especially bc I was told there were 3 cars in front of me and it would be a while. They surprised me and it went quicker than expected.
I think price was not right
I called a day ahead of time and I scheduled my appointment for noon the very next day. When I went to check in the associate got my name and phone number and asked for my keys. He returned about three minutes later to tell me that one person had called out of work and tried to reschedule my oil change for two days later which was on a Monday. I told him that I worked Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 and he told me he could get me in for 5 o’clock. I work nowhere near the location so that was not feasible for me. I do not know why I was not contacted prior to my appointment if there was not going to be enough associates to handle my oil change!!!!!!!!
The associate that helped us was very friendly and went beyond his duties to assure us they would take care of my car in a timely manner, they wouldn’t do anything to my car w/out discussing with me first, they wouldn’t make up repairs, and that they would match prices because gaining me as a customer was more important than overcharging for something that could be price reduced. He had a great overall attitude.
