Great experience and the service was timely.

They did a great job

1st I booked an appointment that they couldn’t locate but they did take me in. I used a Groupon. I was told can’t use Groupon for European cars. It’s in “fine print” I read fine print. It says nothing like that at all. I ended up paying 120.00 for an oil change.They did give me credit for the Groupon but still I could have found less expensive places and closer to home. I have used at another Midas previously with no issue. This should have been handled differently.

Management & associates were great

I was told that it will be about an hour wait and in fact it took two hours with no explanation on why.

Great service, and friendly employees

used groupon price but but paid there instead groupon. was charged more fornparts which was not mentioned. No communication about multi point inspection. had to wait 2 hours. No shuttle service or anything. waiting room was packed. Had to walk over to costco because no space to stay there.

It a good service

Had my car inspected and was quoted struts and brakes needing to be replaced. Never was informed of a torn drive shaft thing that could have also been replaced during this visit to limit the labor I’m gonna pay coming back to get it done. I can do brakes myself but not the drive shafts or steering components.

Came for an oil change and didn’t make an appointment, but was in and out of there within 30 mins or so! Great service and customer interaction. Walker Naumann the store manager was very friendly , personable, and helpful. I waited for my vehicle while my oil change was preformed and it didn’t seem like I waited at all ! Great prices on oil changes and various services! Will be back again and telling my friends and family to go to them for any oil changes or services they might need .

Midas was the only location that had tires in stock for my vehicle in the area. I have out of town plans and I was ecstatic that I was able to get serviced as soon as I did.

Customer service was amazing and all though I waited a couple hours it was all worth it for the price amazing company

Tires were late on arriving the day i was told they would be there in the morning, they didn't show up till 4pm. Went back a couple days later to finish my service i already paid for, was told it was 45-60min wait. Not stores fault at all, they were just busy but if service is paid for, kind of want it done quick.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly

The manager was friendly and really helpful. I was greeted with warmth. I went to have a look at this establishment because my son recommended it. I was so pleased with the first car that I took the second one in for service the following day. I had to wait a little longer that day due to the relative overflow, but it was still acceptable. I'll bring all of our cars here for maintenance, and I'll heartily recommend it.

Second time coming here ! First time was Random snd at like 7am. Waiting for till open and DID NOT have an appointment. They took me in no wait or problem! Told me it would be about 30min to an hour and I’m pretty sure it was faster than that. Second time coming in was random as well. And agin took me in no problem ! Took maybe about a 30min wait ! I came in for an oil change and for them to take a look at my brakes. I had the break pads replaced maybe 2 months ago there when they did the last oil change, and since that day, the rear breaks make a loud embarrassing squeaking noise when I come to stops till this day. I thought it was just the new breaks settling in but the noise never went away. I paid more than $700 to get the oil change and brakes done the last time. I asked them to take a look to see why the brake pads were squeaking and they told me after looking at them I needed new rotors and to replace the pads again "if the squeaking really bothered me" the guys told me. They were trying to charge me over $850.00 when the pads are still new. They did a bad brakes job and won't fix it they just gave me an excuse that the rotors might have been fine when they did the brakes and that the dirt and dust created a layer around the rotor causing it to sqeak now. My car didn't sqeak before they changed the old brake pads only started as soon as I drove away from Midas. I'm so disappointed and feel like I got scammed. Midas should fix my brakes properly!

My fluids did not get topped off. When I came in I said I needed washer fluid, he assured me it would be done. Went to use my washer fluid later that night and nothing came out. Had to top off my fluids myself. 😡

I scheduled an appointment on line choosing one of the available times offered and then someone called me and said it would be too hard to do my oil change during that time slot. Then I tried to reschedule online twice and was never contacted in the next 30 business minutes as promised.

I brought in a coupon for a $39.99 synthetic oil change, but my vehicle needed European synthetic oil so that coupon did not apply. The employee offered me a discount on the oil change I did need, which made me happy.

the whole process was fast and easy from beginning to end.

I signed up via an on-line promotion but did not receive a confirmation of appointment. I went to the store to check if the appointment was still available. The Manager on site was very nice and found me on the calendar. He quickly explained the service and had me in and out in about 35 minutes.

I was charged $49.99 for my oil change and tire rotation. But, the special was for $39.99. I didn’t notice until I looked at the receipt when I got home.

We had brakes put on the van, less than 2 months the rotors and pads failed again. This shows me that Midas is using very poor quality parts that will for sure to fail again and again. They are being replaced this time under warranty but I fear that they will fail again soon and then I will not be under warranty for the next repair. Cannot recommend anyone to a company that uses this kind of quality parts, my family is my first priority and putting them at harm means you failed.

Hassan was very accomodating and very helpful explaining other products and services.I experienced friendliness, good quality service and great value for my budget.

Explain thoroughly the pros and cons on why I need a certain part fixed. Got new solenoids for my car that was recommended and less than 24 hours my car started sounding worse than how I took it in. If y’all knew it was going to mess up after replacing the solenoids due to the “engine” why did I get recommended to get it fixed. Could’ve used the 1k for a down payment on a new vehicle if that was the case.

I am worried about future wait times as this is a new location and the employees there seem to have such great customer service that they will definitely be busy in the future with new and committed customers. My suggestion, keep the guy at the front (can't remember his name but was there on 8/9) desk or at least have him train new faces because his customer service will 100% secure customer relationships with the store.

The sales associate was wonderful. He made sure my car was taken care of. Everything was great during my visit . I would recommend this location to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work .

Made an 0730 appointment for oil change. It is a new location so there was a coupon for 39.99 oil change with tire rotation. Was there on time for the 0730 appointment but so were 5 other customers. It quickly became apparent that there were only 3-4 people working (including desk). What baffles me is why they allow 6 appointments at that time if there are not enough employees to cover it. The desk guy didn’t say much. All he did was vape at the front desk and would disappear often and when coming back inside from the service area, he would blow out the vape. What also gets me is when I asked for the tire rotation as advertised in the coupon, they said they only rotate them if they need. How are they to make that decision?! How do they know how many miles they have on them to make that decision?! After 1.75 hours, I asked for my keys and left. Won’t ever go back. Put my bad experience on social media. What a time wasting disappointment.

Everything went smoothly

Everything was smooth , easy and didn’t feel pressured or anything. Everything was very open and to the point. When it comes to my car I like it to be clean cut and they gave me that.

Very professional. Everything was explained in detail as the mechanic and manager showed me on my vehicle everything that had to be replaced. Employee of Midas took me home to wait, as much needed to be done. The cost was a real shocker! But for what needed to be done, the pricing was fair.Thank you guys for the hospitality and the great work. And definitely easing me into the sticker shock without giving this old girl a heart attack or a stroke. LOL

Everything was just smoothly.

Be honest, during the tire rotation they told me I needed rear brakes. That they very low and will be needed soon. I let the tech talk, cause I just replaced rear brakes and rotors late last year in October of 2022. When I asked him what the measurements where he got very quite and then I asked to see the measurements with a light which he didn't even have on him. Once I said I'll use my light on my cell phone he changed opinions real quick about my brake pad measurements. Very dishonest very shady, I was expecting an up sell maybe filters or flushes. Nope he went right for a brake job not happy at all
