Have a manager that knows the work to be done. Employees arguing several times on the floor. I spende $600 and they could not fix the problem. I spend all Saturday at the Midas store and when back home and I have to go to a different shop to fix my break problems. I will like to have a refund.
As I had mentioned before. No manager on shop. All employees arguing and no one working. they replace both calipers and break hoses on my Chevy 2500hd diesel for a total of $600.And 8 hours of my time wasted (All day Saturday). I need a refund of all my money Midas did not repair my issue. I randomly stopped in for an oil change. The guys (George & Jason) were able to get me in ASAP, which made me extremely happy. The guys are ALWAYS kind and courteous and take care of my vehicle needs without any issues. While I was waiting in the lobby, a lady (with an attitude I must say) walked in wanting an oil change. She was pretty demanding and a bit rude, if you ask me. Jason was able to talk to her, explain a few things and calmed her right down! That's great customer service if you ask me!. Service was good. Pricing is near price gouging levels tbh. Our options were limited at the time, but purely based on pricing structure, it would be hard for me to recommend to others to go to Midas.
I would like for the brakes job to not cost so much. We paid 689 dollars just for the back brakes to be done. The service tech thought we needed a break flush as well but 689 dollars for a break job was out of line.
Jason is always friendly when I walk through the door. I had an emergency with my car, swung into the shop close to closing time but the men at Midas took great care of me with no complaints about having to stay a little late. I had to leave my car overnight x2 and all communication as to why, what parts were needed, what the grand total was clear and concise.
