Ever since I first visited (2 1/2 years ago) and had service done at the Midland TX location, I have always brought my vehicle back to Midas. The employees (Justin & crew) have always been very courteous & professional. They have always been straight up and communicated with me during the repair process. I use my personal vehicle for oilfield work driving many hard rough miles weekly. If I have to leave my vehicle for any length of time, I lose money. Depending on the extent of repairs needed, the crew can usually get me in and out in the same day if the parts are readily available. I will continue to use Midas here in Midland. I was very satisfied with the service I received. The only part I was not happy with was a paper floor mat was not used. I had to go vacuum my vehicle straight from Midas. Also, my screen menu was not returned the way it was originally. Manual was friendly and professional. I am a long time customer and will return for my next visit.
