The overall experience was good. Only reason I’m not highly satisfied is due to bringing the vehicle back again to fix the initial problem. Although it was faxed the staff was apologetic, friendly and explained that the issue was due to defective new parts that were installed.

I had previously been very happy with the service at this Midas location. So when I saw a nail in my new tire I stopped in. Bryce was able to check my tires right away. Well the nail must have fallen out. No problems with that tire. He checked all my tires and did find a slow leak in another tire. Robert checked me out and there was no charge.You can bet I’ll be returning to this Midas. Sam the owner treats all of his customers like family. A great place for a woman to feel comfortable knowing she’s in good hands. They are upfront and honest. The waiting room is clean as is the restroom. You can apply for a Midas credit card or use Snap credit. All in all a great experience!
Appointments should be on time and move forward quickly. Check in took 25 minutes. Even with appointment. Total time 1 hour 20 minutes. Not any different than walk in.

Many know that it is easy to get cheated or sold parts and services you do not need, this willl never happen here. I started using this facility when I had a fleet vehicle, they so impressed me that all my vehicles come here as do lots of my friends and family. You do not get loyalty like that unless you do it right.
