I called in made an appointment and was fast and available next day. I brought my car in and they got to working on it right-a-way! They explained what was needed to be done and best part is they showed me also. It really helps to see what’s wrong I do feel better knowing where the problem is and seeing it so I know that they found it and know what they are doing which is comforting to me to see and know the problem and they are giving it. They folks were knowledgeable and friendly and explained in simple terms. I’m glad I went here.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I mattered and wasn't being taken advantage. It was even pointed out to me that I had sludge coming from my pan which allowed me to take care of the issue before it got worse. I went in for an inspection and I was out within 15 minutes and the staff was very professional and friendly!

Service was very poor, long wait time for just an oil change. Says my tires were rotated but never were touched. Didnt catch my radiator was leaking but recommended suspension and steering components that were replaced at the dealer 5 months ago. Would rather take it to the dealer and be out faster than Midas.

Poor service bad customer service

Waited 4 hours just to get a replacement tire installed on my car. They kept giving me the runaround and telling me they had to go pick up my tire. My car was taken in the back the second I checked in. This tire was also a replacement for one I had bought only 6 months prior. I bought road hazard on it and still had to pay $120 for the replacement. Horrible service... For that price I could have taken it somewhere else and bought a brand new tire for half the time.
