I will NEVER return to Midas for service. I got home and smelled oil burning so I looked under my hood. Pulled the dip stock to find dirty oil, then looked down at the oil filter and it was the same one on there from the prior oil change and as filthy as can be.

They had horrible customer service they put bad oil in my car for it to experience more problems than I went in with when I told them They didn’t try to fix it or anything

Well the advertised price for oil change was 19.99 for regular and 49.99 for synthetic. Supposedly my car takes an extra quart to so it came up to $74.00 which is false advertising.

The manager and staff tried to upsell me a bunch of services I did not need. I was told I needed an in-cabin air filter when I had replaced it a month ago. I did not see them go into the car and attempt to check it. I know I would not check it because it is in an awful location. All the flushes he recommended at 70,000 miles where not necessary including the tune-up.

For me everything was great there was a lady that was there very upset but very rude and was yelling at the employees I give them admiration and applause because I will punch or cus at her I believe she was on the wrong, I also given them thank you for working on 100 plus degree heat.

Everybody there were friendly and communication was very well about my car service.

Got a list of items last time I was in for an oil change. Forgot about it😬. Had car issues took it to a well established repair shop, they couldn’t find anything wrong. Symptoms got worse, I remembered the list from Midas, they fixed my car! I drive it for a year with that problem, thinking I was crazy for saying there was something wrong. Danielle at the desk is a great first impression. The Midas on Perrin Beitel is definitely where I’ll be doing all my business.

Not very friendly. I asked for the oil change using the on line coupon. The coupon was to include tire rotation which was not done. I have had a tune up and a couple of oil changes and felt welcomed and staff very friendly. This visit was total opposite.

I have had standard maintenance as well as major repairs done and have been very happy with all aspects of the service. No problems with after service issues. I would definitely recommend Midas at this locationGreat service fair pricing.
