I was highly satisfied with this Midas because as soon as I walked in it was very welcoming and after I told them what was wrong with my car, they told me how long it would take to look at it and let me know the price and time it would take to fix my car. The initial appointment setup was handled very professionally by JT. I was given the date and time requested and when I arrived, my automobile was driven into the shop, right on time. I went in for a brake job (advised that I was ready for one by the Chrysler dealership.) As it turned out I was advised by Tom that I had another (approximately) 20,000 miles on the original brakes! I decided to have Midus perform a front end alignment, which was on sale.I feel that Tom and JT are very honest, and therefore their business can be trusted with my future needs. The facility is the cleanest auto service facility that I use. So many minor touches of comfort. Really convenient just to wait for routine service without needing my wife to drive me. Tom always goes over results of the work and any issues that he observed. Simple review without any pressure to do additional work unless he is really concerned for our safety. Back to Back EXCELLANT Repairs independent of each other.. Each done in less than a day with great results. I just promoted HIDGON-MIDAS my spare son's. As my own 3 sons work 6 days a week often 10-12 hours. At my request on the second repair, they called to let me know what they found before repair and the cost. Great peace of mind to know these mechanic are both knowledge and experienced. I was glad to know my options. I am hard to impress and here I am singing their praises.

Perfect shop and great service
Midas only did the work that needed to be done and didn't try to upsale us. We got a quote from another shop that was much higher and not honest. I know because I work on cars. Will go back to Midas for sure. Thank you for honesty. It gets noticed.
