The employees where super sweet and kind. I alao loved the ease in which i was allowed to schedule my appointment by booking it completely online.
I was told brake pads needed to be replaced by the invoice mentions that an oil and transmission fluid leak is present. This was not mentioned to me. I was told brake pads and windshield wipers were what needs to be replaced, and I said my husband was aware of that and would handle it.
They overextended the time of service and did not listen to me when I mentioned that I was in a time crunch from the time of my arrival at 9:00. I kept getting told another 15 minutes...5 minutes, etc. and I suggested returning at a more convenient time to complete the work since they put me behind schedule and had me running late for work!! Additionally, somehow the stereo wiring was disengaged which turned off the backup camera and GPS dashboard. I will not be returning to this location who demonstrated poor quality customer service.

Set the expectation on how long the service is going to take before work starts. That way the customer knows how long they should be expected to wait for service to be completed.

I didn’t have any issues with my visit to this Midas location. All my questions were answered and service was quick and done correctly.
I scheduled an appointment yet the oil change took an hour and a half. It was at the 90 minute mark that I was told I needed to change my air filters, which I did not ask to be checked. Finally, I was told that I would need to pay extra for another quart of oil over the Groupon price. However, despite it being included in the Groupon, I was also charged a shop supply fee without an explanation of charges.
first, the key wasn't in the car as stated. Second, I had to return to get my speedometer display returned to the previous setting.
Employees were friendly and professional. I was given a short wait time. The issue was explained, and I was given an option to get a new assembly or have it rewired. Work was completed faster than expected. Clean shop which is nice.

It was black Friday when I called and the staff informed me of availability for oil change and the possible waiting time. When I got there, the staff clearly explained the price, the matching policy, and service to be performed. The price for extra quarts were also explained fully. It really didn't take that long since there is a few customers. Very happy with the service. The air filter were also checked.
Listen to you customer he may know something you don't
Listen to me and not tell me you have 27 years of experience and I am wrong when personally did what I asked the manager to do and solved the problem. He tried to tell me I had a mechanical problem he wanted to do the work and there was absolutely no mechanical problem! I think he was an honest person but very ignorant of what my problem was. Too much ego and he would have learned something if he had listened to me.
Luke deserves a recognition. He was the only one there. He managed to take care of vehicles and customers all by himself. Kudos to Luke!
My wife and I came in on Labor Day for an oil change on both our vehicles. The young man that was there WAS WORKING BY HIMSELF!!! All his coworkers, INCLUDING HIS MANAGER, had called in or quit. He was polite, professional, courteous and above all else was completely unphased by his workload, and this man was BURIED! He was the absolute embodiment of professionalism and true customer service. This young man (I am appalled with myself I can’t remember his name) is a true asset to your company, your franchise, and your location. Based on his actions alone, I will return, as long as he and he alone takes care of my family’s automotive needs.

Referred to this location by a local tire shop, was told Troy would be the man to talk to about wheel alignment. Knowledgeable and great customer service
The heater was not working, and diagnostics showed it would take a really extensive disassembly and highly expensive, since the heater a/c valves were the housing and that kind of repair would have been an extensive disassembly to fix the broken valve switch. But they were able to rig it where I could get heat and air at least on the drivers side, and I won't freeze while driving.
Everyone was friendly and full of information regarding my vehicle.

I was in need of a walk-in service due to a noise coming from my brake/tire that I could only isolate to "it's got to be coming from there". I visited a competitor who unfortunately was full. I found Midas in Tomball and decided to try. After explaining Troy my situation he made sure my car would be squeezed in to investigate. I have much respect for how much he values safety. His team was able to find the cause of the noise was a rock and thankfully didn't cause any damage. I was charged a beyond reasonable price for the labor and was back on the road knowing someone's got my back.

Troy and his team was very professional and worked hard to install new brakes for front and rear, for our ‘94 van. Often many shops could not service or accommodate our van due to age, and that it’sa camper van conversion. They took care lifting and servicing it.

The service was performed at my appointment time! I was comfortable while the work was bing done and the Manager made me feel welcomed.
Troy (the manager) kept me apprised of the status of the repair. The overall service was the replacement of the front right wheel hub and a lower ball joint for my 2004 Suburban, followed by a four-wheel wheel alignment. The repair took longer than anticipated due to O’Reilly’s not delivering the part as expected, which required a Midas employee to go get and then return with the part. After the repair and the alignment, which finished shortly after 5pm, the new wheel hub disintegrated as Troy was doing a test drive. All the employees scrambled to a) go get a new wheel hub (at no expense to me), b) drag out a floor jack and air tools to where my truck was disabled in the parking lot, and c) work their tails off to get the part replaced in the late afternoon heat. I was even offered a complimentary oil change on my next visit.
Everything was perfect. All my questions were answered before I I had a chance to ask one. The office is so cool and perfect for escaping the heat. Everybody was friends and extremely helpful.

Troy was an absolute pleasure to work with. When I scheduled to bring my truck in, to have the A/C looked at, I asked if there would be a away for me to be dropped off at work, because I needed the situation addressed before the weekend. I live and work in Tomball, so when I advised where my job was Troy said there was no issue having me dropped off; that was truly awesome as I work in an office by myself. Due to me having to make a decision on moving forward with repairs, I wasn't able to get back to Troy with a decision to complete the repairs until about 3pm, but when I did he got right on ordering my parts and let me know that he would work on getting things done by closing time. I did have to get another vehicle to use, because of things I had going on, so I called Troy to let him know he didn't have to rush to get things done that evening, and that I could be by Saturday afternoon to pick my truck up, and he said there were no issues with that.I truly appreciate the ease of dropping off, finding out the problem, resolving the problem, and walking away with a vehicle that was back to working again!!! My wife was originally told brakes would be $200 per axle. When they called to give the full quote it was $900, which including a drive belt (which is a 10 min job and a $15 part) as well as fluids and air filter that she just had done a month ago. When I questioned why the brakes would cost twice the going rate the rep argued with me and tried to act like I don't know what I'm talking about (I do). The parts were over priced and when I suggested I would get my own I was told the labor would then go up (why?). I've already found an honest mechanic that will do the job for a reasonable price and we will never go to a Midas again.
