We were experiencing shaking when we were braking at the traffic lights, we were in previously to get pads put on and our rotors machined. They took care of us and fixed the shaking and I think the service managers name was Kristen, she was very kind and knowledgeable. I will recommend to everyone I know.

They were a little short-handed, but those things happen. It took a little longer than I thought. The big issue was that I had my tires aligned. He aligned them once and took the car on a test drive and didn't like the way it was driving, so he did another alignment; that one was fine. I was extremely glad that he did a test drive and had to realign it again. That saves lives

I took my 05 Dakota for oil change, transmission oil change and coolant flush. During the transmission oil change, there was a problem that the check engine light came one. However, the team was very responsive in checking and fixing the problem so that the truck leaves the same way it came. I appreciate the team making it right. The only area of improvement/concern I have is that during the wait there was a person that seems like a homeless and not a customer that came in and stayed for a while and was making comments out loud. This to me was concerning due to the health/safety of customers in a very limited space area. There were at one point customers with babies and children. But other than that I love the way the team works in that Midas. My thanks to the team.

The tech did not take the time to reset the tire light after rotation. Took the car back. Then noticed he did not reset the oil light. Checked the oil and watched a video to reset. Tech too much in a rush!

I have been taking my 2004 Suzuki to the Waco Midas for years now. They are the only place I trust to take of this vehicle. Love the staff. Some of the mechanics have been there for years and know my car.
I had an 8 appointment, left for breakfast, ask to be called when ready. I called about 9 and was told they havn't started, it would be 15-20 minutes, I wenr back 30 minutes later and was told it was still on the rack. He said he told me it would be 15-20 minutes. I held my phone up and told him it had been 30 minutes. I still had about 10-15 more minutes waiting. Previously I when I had appointments I have not had issues. Next time I have an appointment I better have quicker service. An hour and 45 minutes is to long when yiou have an appointment

I tried to schedule an appointment with my local dealership and they were going to take 3 days just to do diagnostics on my truck. Midas had it looked at, ordered the part from that same dealership, and had it in the next day.
Midas in the Waco area is the best car shop to bring your vehicle. I’ve been taking my cars there for years. I wish I would have heard of them sooner. Their customer service is excellent.
