I tried to make an appointment online the day before. Got an automated email stating someone would confirm my appt. Never happened. Decided to just show up and drop off the next day. Told them I had the 49.99 coupon to use and that I would also like a tire rotation. Was never told that my vehicle was ready so I just came back around 3:30 when I got out of work. Didn’t see the tire rotation on the receipt but was charged full price for the oil change instead of using my coupon. Was told the tire rotation was done he just didn’t charge me for it and charged full price for the oil change instead. I had a screw in my tire that I had repaired a week prior. I know exactly which tire that was on and it’s still marked. The tires were never rotated.
