My car broke down and I wasn’t sure why, I was able to get it started and brought it to your location. You let staff was very helpful in explaining what the problem could be and how the whole process would proceed. The explanation provided of what the issue was as well as their ability to squeeze me in last minute was very nice.

The checkin status was always very helpful. Kept me updated.The only issue the waiting area was COLD and I became CHILLED. MIDAS needs to keep this area warmer since some customers have to stay until the service is complete.

Exceptional Customer Service

Our old truck was highly rusted. Midas techs took the time (in one case up to two hours) to get rusted bolts off. Yet i was still charged for labor, by the book. Very generous of Midas. I greatly admire the patience of the techs to stick with the repairs.

I don’t remember if his name was Todd but he worked at the front desk and he was AMAZING! Very kind and did not charge me for all these random things that my car didn’t need. He was very clear on what my car needed which was so helpful! Also, the men working on my car were also very patient and kind as well! 10/10 experience!!

I came in for the advertise 24.99 oil change it was notified that my car wouldn't take that oil so I was bumped up to the full price of $75 not what I was expecting to pay. It felt very much like a bait and switch.

Todd is always very helpful, he worked our vehicle in right away. Besides doing an oil change they also spotted an additional problem that we needed to have the dealer address. To facilitate that, they took pictures that Todd emailed to us. Our experience was primo at this location!

The Midas associate, Freddy was very helpful and explained everything very well including the price of the services performed.

Price was very high, and I was promised completion by "early afternoon" Monday. Called in at 1pm Monday afternoon was told 1-2 more hours. Car was not ready until near 5pm.

This used to be a very pleasant location. I really enjoyed doing business with the owner in the past. He has always been friendly I think his name is Todd. The waiting room has always been clean, and well-stocked with drinks and snacks, and a very pleasant place to wait for my car service. When I arrived today I could not find an employee anywhere on location. I finally called the location phone number to get an employee to come out of hiding. I was not greeted, the employee looked like he did not want to be there and did not speak to me while checking in. The price I paid at the end of service was almost double what I paid before but there was no mention of the price or any increase. The waiting room was at least 85° because they had the air conditioner turned off, it looked like the room has not been cleaned in six months or more and was filthy. All drinks and snacks have been removed from location. The TV was no longer working and had cables hanging out the bottom. This looks like a rundown garage on the side of a highway. I will not be coming back.

Todd is amazing! Very good, honest guy. I had my brake pads & rotors replaced and then head a wheel bearing fixed at a later time. My car runs great now. Everything was explained to me and done at a decent price. Todd always tries to limit my costs while I’m there. He’s great.

I have been going to this Midas location for years! Todd the new owner is amazing! He is very helpful, friendly, and honest. This is why I continue to go to Midas and refer them to my family and friends all the time. In fact, 3 of my friends go to Midas now!!

I thought that $30 was high for coolant. My reservoir was full when I got there. I was there because a coupler for a coolant hose broke. Maybe I misunderstood how much coolant was needed. However the tech described it as “topping off” the coolant. $30 to top off is too high.
