We've always received excellent service. We dropped our car off the night before for an emissions, it was completely quickly. We were able to get the car after work and complete the on the spot registration. It was a great one stop shop.

Tom is absolutely amazing and welcomes you when you come in and listens to your needs. Dennis is always friendly and takes such great care of my car. I bring it in broken and sad. I leave with a happy car that drives like a race car ...vroom. Thanks to all the guys at Midas ... For all you do. I will definitely be back.

Friendly service and informative. The staff were very nice and answer all my questions about the different things my car needed. They were honest and didn't beat around the bush.

Had a 2:00 appointment, but service was delayed. Not a big deal since we dropped the car off and it was completed before the end of the day.

I didn't have an appt, they located the problem quickly and had fixed under the time they quoted it would take.

I had a coupon for $39.99 oil change. With extra oil and added fees, the total out the door was eventually $79, basically twice the original offer. It would be nice if those fees where clearly stated at the beginning of the service. My truck did require extra oil, but not twice the amount.

The service was amazing but website scheduling should acknowledge the time it takes to accomplish the desired task to be done.

The process was fast and easy, I got what I needed and they asked me if I was satisfied with the service and I was. It was less then 2 hour for them to straight pipe my car.

The repairs that were needed on my car were clearly stated and the pricing of the repairs was clear. The associates were nice and communicated clearly and the timing of the repairs were made very promptly.

Tom was great and explained what I needed. He was kind and understood my financial situation and helped me understand what steps to do first.

Tom was forthright and clear as to what the issues were and went above and beyond to work through the available warranty. Further, Tom went so far to help us transport some pieces of luggage that didn’t fit in our rental to our hotel. We highly recommend Tom and his crew.

Tom is knowledgable, patient, and friendly is explaining the service to us. Great team. The shop building has aged, need a more comfortable waiting area especially when customers need to sit there for a few hours.

Called for a walk-in coolant flush, arrived within 10 minutes and they immediately got started. Only took them 2 hours (far less than if I did it myself; it's not easy to flush coolant on a Jetta). I felt like I was practically in and out, especially since I left to run errands with a friend partway through the service. This was honestly the fastest service I've ever had with any auto shop.

I was highly satisfied due to me not scheduling an appointment and them being willing to take care of me at last minutes notice. The service was beyond excellent and same day.

The employees at the Midas location we take our trucks to are great. They always squeeze us into their schedule and are very efficient. They are honest and fair with us on all the work that they have done for us.

I'm not sure what they did at this location, but the alignment is still off, and I've never heard of a 15-minute alignment! Alignments take at least an hour to get done.

They validated my coupon for a $19.99 oil change, with taxes it came to be about $26, ok i guess. Service would have been top-notch if they had finished the work in 30-45min like I was told... it took 1 hour. ... however, aside from the time delay, the shop manager was very polite and provided courteous customer sevice.
