I explained a problem I had having to do with a brake job I received at another Midas. They did not go about checking the problem the right way or listening to me about what I feel the problem is. And it took a half hour before my car got in even with an appt and nothing else going on there at the time
When I was in a pinch, these guys got my vehicle ready to go. They didn't try to put things on my bill that I didn't need. I'm so grateful to the people at Midas!

I dropped my car off to get an inspection and to fix the issue causing the check engine light. My car was drivable when I dropped it off. When I picked up the car, as soon as I drove it out of the parking lot my brakes did not work at all. I had to pull the emergency brake to stop and ended up running over a median because my brakes did not work. My brakes were working before it was serviced by Midas. The mechanic messed up while fixing my vehicle and they were extremely rude to my boyfriend when the issue was addressed. Instead of acknowledging they messed up, they treated us terribly causing my boyfriend to be very upset. The man in charge even got so aggressive that my boyfriend was told to leave or the cops would be called . Terrible experience.
They were able to deliver prompt service, and fix what was amiss without a return trip.
USARETMIL Don't Bother Going!
I called the day before dropping my car off for inspection. I asked the manager if I showed up 1st in line would it be quicker. He never answered me. I arrived at 7:30 AM. The manager finally showed up at 8:10 AM. I asked where the employees were. He said they did not come in until 9 AM. He never told me that yesterday when I called. A few vehicles were in the bays. No customers were there except a customer came in at 7:45 and dropped her car off due to a flat. She left her keys. I walked home 1 1/2 miles then called the manager at 12 PM. He could not give me an estimated time of completion 4 hours after I dropped my vehicle off for a simple state inspection. He actually laughed. I waited until 2 PM and he told me he thinks that my car was next to be seen. At 2:30 after walking another 1 1/2 miles to the store I walked in to the store but I did notice all of the vehicles were gone from the bays that weere there at 7:30 AM and new vehicles were in the bays. He asked if he could help me. I told him to give me my keys. He said Okay and I left. My wife had recently passed away, I was paralized and had to have emergency spine surgery and use a wheel chair at home. VP CS & ZERO Urgency.

You shouldn't offer the option to schedule a state inspection if it is not a service that can be scheduled. The person that called to confirm my appointment explained their policy, but stated he would alert the staff to try and get an inspection in with my service. However, upon arrival the uninviting manager I suppose said no. It also stated that a tire rotation came with the oil change service, but he explained it would be an upcharge of like 85 dollars because "your tires are big, and they are heavy." The service did not state any stipulations regarding tire size that would make my tires an issue and not be able to receive the service.
I was very satisfied with my visit. Though I was there all day, they maintained communication with me about the progress of my issue. The business is going through renovations, so it wasn't tidy, but everything was okay. The guest area more than met my needs.

I started going there for all my services a couple of years ago.Our daughter came to visit and had a major problem with her car. All the dealerships could not get her in for service. This Midas got her in fixed her car the same day . With service like that how could I not use this Midas.

Took my car in for state inspection, Was told that I had the wrong Head light bulbs in my vehicle and that the fog light bulbs could not be in my headlights because they were inoperable , Even thought I had past state inspection last year with the same vehicle with nothing different. I had asked the Mechanic for the old parts to verify they were the wong parts, but did not get the old headlight bulbs so that I could verify anything.

The customer service was excellent and the service was done well. The store manager and owner are personally invested in the satisfaction of their customers.
Waiting room was outdated and there was no tv and unsure if there was a available WiFi connection.
I was happy that my truck passed inspection but not the huge increase of what my truck needed in the future going forward with spark plugs and tuneups. I think the price was almost $800 and I got a second opinion which overall came to $380. I don’t mind taking my truck to get state inspection stickers at mitis but I will go somewhere else for my truck maintenance.
