Was told about rust on brakes. When asked cashier/reception didn’t know. The person told her it need’s look to be looked at which would be a cost that would be applied to the work. Then told that the boot on the Alex was patched due to a hole that was made in the boot. Was told that the Dale City Midas had to close because they were taken business from Woodbridge Jeff Davis location . Now they are getting all the business. … If told to tell a customer about an issue there needs to be a why. If they don’t know then they better learn or keep their mouth shut, because the service person doesn’t have nor probably wants to do her job. I will use other Midas in other towns 15 to 20 miles out of my way to not go back.
Staff were friendly and professional. Quick services, reasonable price.

I went in for an oil change because they had a $20 off deal. A couple hours after my car was serviced, I double check that everything is good, yet I notice for one, the windshield fluid was not topped off. Second, my power steering was not topped off as well as there was no oil in the engine. I am very dissatisfied with my experience let alone the manager telling me not to go to valvoline anymore which I found odd and that should have been a prime indicator of what type of professionalism that “MIDAS” practices.
Emily Kinser was amazing! She 3xplained everything in detail what was needed to get me back on the road safely. I didn't even realize a had a nail in my tire! I went in for an oil change. Thank goodness she told me and they patched my tire right then and there! This place is great and the service is outstanding!
The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and made the wait for my car go quickly. They and the engineers on site provided great explanations on what they saw with my car and the associated costs.
Emily and Heather were super friendly and made sure I was taken care of! The computer system was having issues and they still managed to get me out in 30 minutes! I definitely will be returning for my future car needs!

Stop cheating clients. Received a great price on March 29, 2021 of $238 which included $110 parts ($75 brakes & $35 brake sensor) and $98.74 labor cost per hour. Went in for rear brakes again on February 28, 2022, and the brake price went down to $50, since they were free on the second time around and the kicker is that this manager, Aaron Brown tried to get me to pay $288 which was $50 parts and $160/labor per hour. Now this is crazy. Since I have written invoices, I have proof. I want my money back or I will sue Midas or take this to the Virginia General Counsel and put this on Facebook to make sure Midas lose customers.

I work at a shop in chantilly, however I was off for a few days and my alternator went out near this location. I charged my battery and my charging system was still draining. I brought my car here because I had no tools and honestly was on vacation mode and didnt want to change alternator myself. Quick service and while I didnt ask they replaced my serpentine belt for me. Even though I asked Midas to change the oil and rotate the tires, they only changed the oil. I didn't realize that they had not rotated the tires until I got home and looked at the receipt. I called them and they said that a rear shock was bad and that rotating the tires, which they said were cupping, would cause for a bumpy ride. I took the car to a different shop and had the tires rotated. That shop said there were no problems with the shocks or tires.
