I called because I discovered I was leaking fluid, they were booked but said if I can drop it off they will squeeze it in. I dropped it off and 1/2 hour later they called to tell me what was wrong and what I needed to do and how much the repairs would be as well as timeframe for getting brakes that I asked them to check too when I left it.
Vern and his team at Midas got my vehicle in the day I called, went above and beyond in their honest review of the work it needed and performed quality workmanship, searched for the best price on special parts needed, and stayed late to finish up my vehicle so I would be able to have it back as soon as possible. Vern offered to let me do a payment plan to help with the cost. Very happy with my experience, highly recommended Vern and his staff at the Bennington Midas.

After vehicle inspection, the owner and technicians fully explained and showed me the problems with my vehicle. They also researched how to solve them while I was there, and gave rough estimates on the cost to repair them at a future appointment.
This is the third or fourth time I’ve been at this Midas. They are unfailingly professional, helpful and do not oversell. It’s easy to make an appointment they couldn’t be more accomodating.
Very thorough during inspection took the time to show me defects and how they can be corrected. Office staff gave estimates for repairs. I tipped the mechanic $20 because he was so caring and explained things in detail .

We were regular customers with Vern while living in VT. We moved to AZ. However, Vern took excellent care of our son's vehicle while he was visiting in MA and needed repairs and maintenance on his car.

After having an absolutely terrible experience at a dealership, I went to Midas to get my speed sensor replaced and to get a second opinion on other suggested repairs. Everyone at Midas was so kind and after looking at my car they actually showed me and explained everything that was wrong and what they suggested. I went back to the office expecting to schedule an appointment to come back and get the repairs (since I had done that so many times at the dealership) but they told me everything could be done that day! And for a fraction of the price the dealership was going to charge me! I got all my repairs done within a few hours and I am so incredibly happy that I finally found a reliable and affordable auto shop near me
I now service my car at Midas in Bennington because they are knowledgeable , honest and do excellent work. They have accommodated my ancient car breaking down, squeezing me into their busy day. What is wrong is explained. What can, or can’t, be done is explained. Warranties are always honored. I trust them.

They did not torque my drivers side tire AT ALL. They created a potentially dangerous driving situation. I stopped along the way home to tighten the lug nuts by hand until I could get it to my local Midas, where they do a great job! They also were way off with my mileage! I am over 70000 miles.

The left rear brake locked up for the 3rd time on my 2011 Wrangler.
