They got me in the next day when I phoned, which was great. They’re always thorough. Their lawn area with picnic tables is very nice and I waited sitting there, happily. I always find Midas to be top-notch. Friendly, professional staff and service.

I had quite a bit of work done to my vehicle. Over $2000 worth. When I picked up the truck I was told to bring it someplace else for an alignment. I was a little put off that after spending that kind of money that they could not done the alignment while they had it up on the lift. I would have gladly paid for it. Now I have to be inconvenience and bring it to someone else when they could have done it, he also mentioned I had a broken spring that needed replacement, I gave him the ok to do it but it didn’t get done nor was I billed for it. Overall I had a positive experience. They got a lot of work done in a short amount of time.

The blokes stuck around at 5pm on a friday to make up the exhaust pipes I needed and help with parts. Thanks for the effort guys really appreciate it

Everyone there is very professional and works very quickly

I had previously brought my car in for service where they explained I may need an oxygen sensor and a new transmission pan. They said just call and they could order it. So, I schedule an appointment for three items including that ahead of time and they didn't order the parts. So, now I need to bring the car back in again. I don't understand why the parts weren't ordered when I made my appointment.

The service tech, or manager called me and explained what was going to be done and made it happen effortlessly. Very happy with the repair and service

When my low oil light came on, I scheduled an oil change for Friday, but on Tuesday, I noticed an oil leak from the oil pan. I drive to Midas in Rutland , Vermont, and even though they were very busy, Brent squeezed me in, changed the oil and fixed the leak. I have spent a lot of money at this facility, because Allie, Ruchard and Brent always take excellent care of my car. When you know the names of the staff, and when they know you by name, it’s a good thing.

People were friendly, professional, and honest

The gentlemen and this location were very professional and only wanted to help me. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my rotors and did not want to do any extra work if it was not needed. Very honorable.

Fair and equitable service as usual probably the best for my brakes.

Had all wheel studs inspected due to problem with another companies installation of summer tires. Two bad wheel studs found and replaced. Mida shop was understaffed due to COVID-19 restrictions, but got in and out in remarkably quick time. Good effort.

I dropped my car off for a state inspection. It took two days to complete. I feel like I was held hostage for a four foot section of coated brake line that had been passed as not needing replacing as it was coated and in fine shape. I was not impressed.

They were open and upfront about running behind but got my vehicle in and performed the service needed in a timely manner.
