Jeremy was very friendly and very accommodating during my appointment. I'm currently using crutches and he was very kind to let me know when they were ready for me so that I wouldn't be back and forth from my car and the building. I serviced my car at the dealership I purchased my car for the oil change and turns out they left the dip-stick un secured which caused oil to spout from the top onto my engine. They advised me as they were replacing my battery, which is the reason for my appointment, and cleaned it up for me. The friendliness of the staff and the ease of the appointment is why I would recommend this location to others.
Michelle communicated very clearly what the issues were with my car and what the pricing would be, and listened to my concerns I expressed with mechanics in the past.

The whole process from first call to get it in to picking up the truck was easy.
I received a coupon as $34.99 for Synthetic Blend oil change, saying oil and filter change includued. My car does need extra quart, which is $6, plus disposal fee $5 and tax $5ish.I end up paying $61.62. I called back and was told there is $10 extra charge on the oil filter, but I thought it is included in the $34.99 as coupon said.not a very happy service for the hidden cost this time.

I had left my wallet in my husband's car and he was at work. I think the manager was Robert and after I tried Samsung Pay and it didn't work, plus the other two customers waiting couldn't help me out (I asked if I could Zelle/Paypal/Venmo them and they swipe their card for me) and I begged Robert to let me take the car and pick up my kid from camp and then return and figure out payment for the service. He trusted me and gave me the keys. I picked up my kid and returned an hour later, by which time my husband sent me a photo of my credit card and he was able to punch the card number in and process my payment. I appreciated his flexibility so much.

The Brake Master cylinder had been replaced several weeks ago and the brakes were not working properly. The master cylinder was replaced and the problem solved. It was covered under warranty. Michelle, the manager at Midas at Factoria, Bellevue, is outstanding in keeping me informed and overseeing the problem fix.
The job was a difficult one to evaluate, having to do with the brake pedal not properly returning after braking and the heater failing to heat. It took some time to obtain the parts to fix the van but Michelle kept me fully up-to-date throughout. I was very pleased with the communications and the speed with which the job was completed.

We've been going to Midas for years for various services and they have always provide excellent service! The employees at the desk are always very friendly. Appointments are easily made, and they always have our vehicle ready much faster than expected.The only complaint in the several years we've been taking our cars to Midas is that, during our recent visit, we were charged $80+ to change a front headlight. That seemed extremely high.

Michelle is amazing and I will continue to come as long as she is there. I know she is there for the customers and that makes a huge difference. Scheduling could use a bit of an improvement, it allows you to schedule for a day online that isn't available, maybe look at updating that so it works better.

I brought my toyota corrola for a muffler problem. One of the pipe was disconnected. After a quick inspection I was told they could fix the problem with soldering the pipes together.I was a little worried I was going to be pushed to change the entire exhaust pipe. Instead I was given the most cost effective option.My car was fixed was $100.I had such a great experience that I am bringing my other cars soon to that location.

Dropped in Fri of labor day weekend with dead battery. Wasn't sure they would take me but they worked me in and saved my weekend. Staff was very nice and courteous.
