Staff member I worked with was friendly and informative about what was going on with my vehicle and the pricing and went above and beyond to offer additional recommendations. It was also really refreshing that he did not try to upsell me or offer services my truck did not need, and seemed genuinely interested in offering cost savings options. Location is nice and is near lots of shops and restaurants and is easy to get to. Would definitely come here again!

Manager Philip communicated Very well. He explained the results of the Break inspection, And explained my options. I was able to approve the work over the phone and knew how much it was going to cost. When I came to pick up the vehicle The manager and mechanic were able to tell me they Found it were able to fix my main concern With the rear break system. They also told me about some future maintenance that I should probably plan for which I appreciated.

Customer Service. Friendliness of staff. Josh, Jeremy and Phil were great to work with. We always knew what the problem was and what needed to be repaired.

I went for an oil change and to get my wipers changed. They did not change my wipers, did not notice until much later after visit. They did not check or fill any of my fluids. If that was not part of oil change they could have asked me if I wanted it checked. Every other place I have gone always topped of my fluids and checked my tire pressure. Just disappointed my wipers were not changed and fluids not checked. Went elsewhere to get wipers done.

Even though my scheduled appointment was 11:00am, I arrived 30 minutes early and they worked on my vehicle right away.

I received a coupon in the mail for $24.99 for oil change that was supposed to include tire rotation and other items. When I presented the coupon I was told it couldn't be honored because the price of oil went up right after the coupons were mailed out. The coupon was good until July. I've never had a coupon not be honored because the price of something going up... it was really weird. So instead of $25 it went to $40. I then said I'd like the brake inspection and tire rotation that was supposed to be included and then was told that would be extra. I said on the coupon it's included and that had nothing to do with the price of oil. I was then told labor went up too. So I said forget it and just do the oil change. I guess I feel if a coupon goes out it should be honored. I've told this story to several people now and they feel it's a little ridiculous as well. Not good advertising.

Ordered part prior to appointment, flexible, did what they said they would do at the quoted price. Felt comfortable to have them do a few other things without asking price, professional.
