It was great. Scheduled the appointment, dropped off my car and the work was done in a few hours. Couldn't have been happier.

My catalytic converter was stolen the previous day. I called in the morning and spoke to the service manager, John Jakle, who asked me to bring my vehicle in right away. John was able to get all the parts, plus get my insurance claim approved. My car was ready by 5pm!

In a world where everyone needs an appointment it was nice to be able to get my car in the same day to resolve and issue that was potentially scary (brakes failing bald tires). Service was done politely on time and I was able to get my car and not miss a moment of life.

The employees were all very helpful, and even were able to pick up tires for me that day (when I came in about midday and usually would have to wait til next day). I was given estimates for two types of tires and felt I was able to get what I needed at a reasonable cost

Problem was diagnosed and repaid in a timely manner. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of this service

I always have my car serviced at Midas and always been satisfied with them.

I requested a tire rotation with my oil change. This used to be standard, but the guy says “we only do them if we determine it is needed”. So I get there to pick up the car and no tire rotation was done. The whole reason I come here is so I can get the oil change and tire rotation done at the same time. If you only do the oil change, why would I come back?

I told the manager to call me when something come up, gave him my cell no. because we’ll be out. He did not call me and it turned up they have to flush the brake fluid. We have to wait 30 or so minutes to get it done..I don’t know if that’s the truth. I have to come back the next day because when I brake it’s almost down to the floor.He is not qualified to be manager. The previous manager was 100% ok. I go there for years . But now forget it.

I was told I needed a master brake cylinder. When I picked up my car 2 days later, the only way to stop my car is putting the brake pedal on the floor, I brought this to attention of the desk manager, he said if I don't feel safe to bring it back, I am bringing the car back today, Monday as I don't think that the car is safe! I have to put the pedal on the floor to stop, how is this safe to leave the shop. I hope that I don't have any problems getting it back in with the road conditions.

When I arrived, the front desk associate was extremely friendly when explaining I had come too early, which was as a result of a confirmation email error. I stayed and waited to get my oil change, and she made my wait much easier by keeping conversations going and making me feel more welcome at Midas. When she broke down the cost of the my oil change, upon my request, she also explained the other options I could take and how that would affect my car's performance and the total cost without judgment for re-explaining them (I'm a fairly new driver). Once it was done, I drove my car away with a smile on my face. I would extremely recommend Midas.

I had an attempt made to steal my catalytic converter. I needed an emergency repair. I also asked about theft prevention. I decided to have clamps installed. I was explained they would not prevent theft but would be a deterrent due to theft taking longer than without clamps. I was also explained that my vehicle may sound and feel a bit different. It does but knowing this in advance I was not alarmed. I would like to add that my contact person was HEATHER. She was awesome. I was shaken up about the attempted theft that I had stopped in the middle of the night prior, and I am a 68 year old woman. She eased my stress. She explained everything to me. Even drew a picture of where the catalytic converter was located. She needs to be acknowledged as an outstanding employee.

I’m a little embarrassed cause I can’t remember the managers name, the lady who was so nice and friendly to talk with was real helpful and worked with with me to get my car fixed in a timely manner and give me several discounts. Thank you for going above and beyond. Amazing customer service.

Love how friendly everyone is. They also did a great job at explaining the details of the service and made it make sense for me (a non-car kinda person!).

The Bothell Midas team did a great job replacing my catalytic converter. It wasn’t an easy job but they were diligent and communication was great throughout.

The problem was not completely resolved and they recommend options form other place.

Don't lie about the quality of my tires and then try and upsell a tire package that costs 2x the last quote I received. It then makes me question whether some of the other work I had performed was necessary.

I was treated like family. After calling multiple shops that were all booked out. The other shops couldn't even give me an estimate for 1.5 weeks. This is my work vehicle, so time was important. Couldn't be happier.

First and foremost the employees were very friendly and communicative.The only issue that I had with Midas didn't actually involve the local store specifically but more the overall Midas business with the website itself not showing all of the details for a full comprehensive cost, sure the base for my oil change was something like $40 however there were other charges that went into it that added up to around $70, it would have been nice if that was transparent on the sites that I went to in order to get this setup in the first place... I'll definitely be back to this location though.

Had to replace a catalytic converter on a Motorhome and they were very understanding working with us and the insurance company. Our motorhome took a lot of room in their parking lot but they were very accommodating because it had to be there nearly a week.

$440 to replace two discs is a lot. $75 a disc and $50 an hour labor (2 hours) would be $250 The times we live in.

I thought I had a problem. They did a thorough analysis and found no problem and did not charge me for the effort. Other work preformed was complete and I paid for that service. Midas never charges for non-problems that they figure out.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They answered all questions I asked in a way I could understand. They communicated upcoming needs for my vehicle but did not pressure me into anything.

When they did the car inspection they gave it a fairly good passing grade on majority of the check points, however some of their notes contradicted the passing grade they gave. When they explained this to me they said that they would give me an estimate of the work that needed to be done. They emailed me the estimate, which was around $1800 worth of repair. However since the oil change, I hadnt up to that point and haven't experienced any of the sounds or things they said they heard on the day of my appointment. And I don't know how I would pay for those adjustments if they truly are needed for my car.
