So communicative, explained everything, multiple check-ins throughout the appt explaining options and asking what I wanted. Even as small as giving me a wheel cap to take a pic so I could find a replacement! Extra thoughtful. I drive out of my way to come to this Midas and its better every time. 10 gold stars!

Service and parts are bit pricey . Recently visited for a break pad change as per recommendation but apparently my breaks were still good. Waited for 3 hrs and ended for oil change.

Lynne is a great communicator. I know what is going on with my repair and once it is diagnosed she calls and tells me what is needed and when it will be completed.

Katie was great from the phone call to the drop off and pick up of the car. Clearly went over everything and price was half if I would have brought it to the dealership.

Short-handed on staff that day so wasn't able to start the work at the appointment time. Started one hour after the appointment time. But they compensated me $10 for my inconvenience. Took 2 hours instead of one.

The people there were very helpful and genuinely seemed interested in my car situation. Also, the owner/manager herself was the one who came to pick me up from my residence when my vehicle was finished at Midas.

I set an appointment but arrived 30 minutes early as my schedule cleared up quicker than expected. They were able to fit me in almost immediately and have me on my way in a short time. The work was well done and the people are very courteous and helpful.

This Midas is a professional shop with a great Service Manager and staff. I called several shop to get my oil change done. As I buy my own synthetic oil to save, this shop was respectful and professional on the phone compared to other facilities I called. When I showed up for my appointment, the paperwork was ready to start the work. Courtesy check was performed per my request and they gave me a good idea on how the car looked. The job was completed and I was on my way quickly.

I had the exhaust tips replaced on my 1998 Town Car. I wanted to get rid of the chrome and go back to stock stainless steel. Good job done by Midas however it didnt look exactly like factory.

I have to be honest, This was not the best service. The check that they do (Fluids, breaks, etc.) seemed kind of shady. They listed my window washer inoperable. I asked how due to just used it when I dropped off my H2. The kid (maybe 20) said well, it didn't work. You have a push button for your washer fluid. I explained to them that was the Cruise control switch. Other stuff they said was bad or needed attention was just replaced with the last year
