Because this Midas location no longer uses regular oil for oil changes, only synthetic or High Mileage blend, which has increased the cost of my oil changes two-fold and my old truck runs significantly better with the regular oil. Since switching me to synthetic my truck leaks oil more often. This is prompting me to shop for other service at a different location

Able to source parts and complete the repairs on my vehicle is a very short timeframe. Pricing was reasonable and the service representatives were knowledgeable and friendly.

Was going to stay during repair but after a short time of observing the repairman and talking with the manager welt fine about leaving it there. Then left and went home for them to call me. Staff was very friendly and helpful, in spite of the power being out in the area at the time. I had a dead battery and they quickly checked the battery and alternator, replaced the battery, and even sourced a battery harness that would work when we discovered that mine was broken. And they took a test drive to make sure everything was working properly with the new battery. I felt well taken care of.

Robert was thoughtful and helpful in mentioning the service and the types of tire needed for my Toyota, and helped put in the spare tire in the trunk. He is a hands on manager - kudos!
