I feel like it was too much chest for oil change and to check my car last time I was there I only had to pay 60 I had to pay $105 for this visit

Eric was extremely friendly, explained everything that needed to happen. Called before the work was performed to establish price approval, and then completed it within the day. Check out was easy, I am an extremely satisfied customer and would return.

I have been using this shop for a few years now. I moved from Lacey over a year ago. I drive from Buckley WA to have my vehicles serviced or repaired at he Lacey location. Dave the manager knows me, my vehicles and it is always a given that I will receive the best of service and will not be ripped off as I recently experienced in my new town of residency. I am a Senior Citizen female and Dave goes above and beyond to treat me with the utmost respect. And I know I can trust him. I am grateful .

Going to Midas for several years and have been satisfied for the service they give me. I asked if they could put on a hub cab for me that was broken and they were happy to do so. Their waiting room/office was very clean when ever I have been there.

Dave consistently communicated with me in regards to the issue with my vehicle, the cost and how long the repair would take. The repair took a fair amount of time and the price was reasonable.

The lady behind the counter seemed annoyed when I told her I want the tire rotated with the oil change and she said we will rotate it only when it was needed. I said It is needed, it has been years since it was rotated. She said we'll see, and they did not rotate my tires. She refused my request to rotate them.I NEED TIRE ROTATION... OK? I should take it back.

I was surprised that there was not a list of things that were checked without and added charge. What i mean is that the tires were checked for the right air, etc. etc. otherwise i was very satisfied. there was always and extra sheet of explanations at this time there wans't.

Tire rotation used to be included with the oil change service. That seems to not happen anymore. I didn't ask about it so maybe it is just an occasional thing.

Made a appt for 12pm. Arrived at 11:40. Service was a routine oil change. Left the shop at 2:00pm. 2hrs for a regular oil change. Also they never rotated my tires like I asked.
