They were able to check my vehicle right away, and gave me an estimated time it would take to fix it. They worked with me to find the parts and have them expedited so I could get my car back before christmas. Now that’s customer service and taking care of people!

Setting the appointment was really easy. They answered the phone on time when I called and allowed me to wait while my vehicle was being diagnosed and fixed. It didnt take alot time to fix it aswell plus they offered to put in a new air filter for free. I was also told of other problems that I should look at in the future.

I have taken my vehicles to this particular mitis location for several years. For the most part the service has always been very good and honest. I feel that the amount that I pay is worth the service. There have been a few times that I’ve had to bring the vehicle back to have the service done double checked. Maintenance inspection was not completed. Found the washer fluid empty, and tires were not rotated all the wear are on front of tires. Midas says oil change was completed but suspect it was possibly just topped off.
