They take the time to take care of their customers. They are transparent in their transactions. They are always respectful and courteous. My problems are always taken care of to the best of their abilities.

We were on our Spring break mini vacation when the struts and shocks on our van went bad. We were in desperate help to get our van fixed to continue our trip. It was a Saturday so we were limited to options. Thankfully MIDAS was open!We called and explained our situation and what we knew about the van. Emily at MIDAS checked for parts and gave as an estimation. We were seen shortly after the phone call. They were very considerate of our situation and got us checked in and out ASAP. It was 30 degrees out.. we had 4 kids under 9 plus our family dog. The MIDAS in Appleton is in a good location that we were able to keep the kids busy with activities. MIDAS called us about an hour and 30 minutes later and we were back on the road. We are very thankful for MIDAS!!

I stopped into Midas to ask if they could check my muffler and if there was a charge to do so. The gentleman was so very accommodating and friendly. He said they could check it and there would not be a charge for that. It was taken in immediately, and he then showed me that there was a small hold in the muffler. He gave me the price of the installation, and I decided to get it done that day since they were able to do it. I was surprised at the price of an hour of labor. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service and the speed in which they were able to order the muffler and install it. Like I said, the gentleman was very kind and professional.
Don went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my vehicle - and it was quick! He was super nice and most importantly he was honest! Had he not had the correct scanning tool, it wouldn’t have been diagnosed correctly and could’ve cost me a lot more with everyone thinking it was the computer system instead of a blown fuse! Went in for oil change, tire rotation, and driver side, headlight bulb replacement. I was told it would take two hours to replace headlight bulb and that my tires sensor air pressure was malfunction. I put air in my tires and the sensor went off. They clearly did not do their job. Also, the headlight bulb replacement took me 15 minutes and I am not a mechanic, terrible service

My daily driver is undoubtedly getting old with over 250 K miles on it. Lately it has required quite a bit of work over the past year (2022 – 2023). As a result, Midas has become my go to place because of the reliability for quality work with timely completions. Come to think of it, through all of the work completed over the past 12 months, thanks to Midas, my old car continued to provide daily transportation while becoming more ‘youthful’.

This is the second vehicle that I have brought to Midas in the past week! I made an appointment by chance a few years ago and continue using their services. They are so quick and flexible with their scheduling. The manager there Emily is extremely personable and knowledgeable. She was professional and explained everything to me in detail about each situation as where most places I go, being a woman, they talk down to you and try to push unnecessary services expecting that you wouldn't know that they are ripping you off. I will continue referring others to this location!
Employees completed the work I asked for an oil change to rule out other issues with the vehicle, including visual notes of any leaking or lack of leaking oil as a root cause. Work was done quickly and in the time window as given at the appointment
Over a period of 8 months with multiple, unrelated problems emerging from my 24 year old daily driver, I received great service from Midas to rejuvinate my car back to reliable service. With each unique issue that surfaced on my old car, the people at Midas provided reliable bids and kept me posted if or when anything out of the ordinary would effect the original bid. I felt assured with their assesments and communication when any additional issues that were discovered. To me, the communication provides control and/or options to the owner. Since I have an electrical/mechanical service background in my past, I could tell that these guys, and gals at Midas perform as a competant team. I am greatfull for what they have done for me and my car!

I chose Midas first because of their ability to schedule me much sooner than my previous car service provider for routine and other automotive requirements.Since then I’ve been very pleased with their availability, service and dedication, while allowing me to be in control of the measure of work.It’s now been a few weeks since my cars maintenance issues have been repaired at Midas and I can truly say that I am very pleased with the results. The subject car here is a coupe decades old but now runs like the day I purchased it- that’s why I felt that I needed to add my two cents here!
The cost of the oil used in my car at 7 quarts a clip is pricey. Unforseen cost but unavoidable under the circumstances.
First time getting service
Schedule the appointment in your system when offered an appointment. Both my appointments don't seem to be in your system. My husband was given a different time than what was offered/agreed upon by me and the employee. When I called to confirm I was given a completely different time, different from set up and what my husband was told. I called the following day to confirm and was told, I can put you in for the appointment. The employee wasn't able to confirm an appointment or identify me by name or phone number prior to me offering my information. Then the employee confirmed after I responded with name, date, and time.
The service was quick, and communication was clear. We were seen on time and the employees at the desk were very helpful
