The staff at this Midas deserve alot more praise and recognition than they get! Johnny, Cam, and Claude are some of the best workers I have known and I would gladly (and have done so) send family and friends there to have their vehicle serviced! This is one of the better Midas in the Milwaukee area

Everything was done well, explained beforehand, and done in the time promised.

Tire rotation was not completed even though it was said it was done.

Friendly personnel. Clear communication from the manager. Options to improve the steering of the vehicle for a future visit were explained with estimated price. Proximity to my home, making it an easy drop off location.

All I can say is everything and everyone was nice and it went smoothly accept when my vehicle wasn’t complete in the time I was told it was going to be but the did apologize for the inconvenience.

All of the employees that I interacted with were very friendly. One employee went above and beyond to fix my headlight and did not charge for the 20 minutes of labor that he put in to fix the bulb.

I called for an appointment and had one scheduled, but when I got there, there was no record of an appointment. Luckily I was able to get in right away.

Originally brought it in to have two tires put on my daughters vehicle. When serviced the cars rim was cracked. The manager was very helpful. He’s search the salvage yards for a new rim, but could not find one. So he personally took it to the rim repair start and got it repaired. The team went above and beyond to help.Also got it done for a reasonable price. Thanks again

I had a 2pm appt for an oil change. I wasn't done until 340pm. Nothing worse than setting an appointment to wait longer than one should.
